I had the pleasure to order a large pizza from Big Banjos Pizza Parlor in Dumas, AR. The BEST pizza I have ever eaten. The place was very clean and the workers were very nice and friendly.

I will not be eating here again. I habe a severe mushroom allergy and I told 2 different employees to ensure my safety and there will still mushrooms on the pizza. If you have food allergies dont eat here. They apparently dont care.

The pizza was delicious. The last time I had Big Banjo pizza was in the 80s, & this was a flashback from the past. I ordered a large Super Supreme (no pepperoni, added pineapple), & it was perfect. The employees were a huge letdown. They rarely came to the counter, & then it was begrudgingly & without a smile. I didn’t mind having to wait for my pizza to be made (that’s common sense), but when I came in after the required 20 mins & was ignored, then found my pizza sitting off to the side (buffet area?), it was a bit frustrating. I had to ask if it was my pizza. Rotten customer service. There were a few tables occupied & a few people came in during the 20 mins I waited. The employees didn’t greet anyone nicely. They probably had phone orders, but that’s not an excuse for lack of manners. Next time I’ll go to the other Big Banjo.

The pizza is good but the service is trash. The last 2 times I've tried to call in an order I wait for 20 to 30 minutes on the phone and then they pick it up and hang up on me. If you order online they dont get your order right. So it doesnt really matter if the pizza is good if you have crappy employees.

Big Banjo has the best lunch buffet with reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere. I’m partial to the sausage pepperoni with extra cheese. And did I mention the ranch dressing!
