Wasn't to pleased this particular morning even after the wait my hashbrowns wasn't fresh I was shorted on my maple bacon I paid extra for i understand its a fast food restaurant but still my hard earned money paid for a meal and after waiting for it it should've been done right and fresh

Lied about ice cream machine being down when my friend went through 20 minutes before I got there and got a shake. Also closed the lobby an hour before the lobby was supposed to be closed. Since my truck doesn’t fit as it is an ambulance ….
Edit… called store to talk to a manager and they just answered and hung up multiple times. Just lazy inconsiderate workers

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and never even got recognized as being there. We finally left and went somewhere else. There was only 2 tables filled and only a few at the drive-thru. Not sure how they stay in business

Burger King is always on point! The food comes out hot, fresh, and exactly how I like it. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the service is quick and friendly. Never disappoints when I’m craving something good and easy. Definitely five stars! 🍔🔥
Best burger king in the Pine Bluff/ White Hall area. Staff is always friendly and helpful and they do an awesome job at making sure my order is correct. I also have to give a big thank you to their manager this afternoon for helping me get my car started when it died on me in the drive thru. I also appreciate all the customers that was inconvenienced for their patience and understanding.

They don't listen when you make your order at the drive thru. They ring you up for stuff you don't order, won't repeat the order back to you. So it takes forever to get it corrected. Always something with this location. The one in White Hall is a lot better.
