We go here often on day trips and ask cars with large orders to pull up so other cars behind who have received orders can move away. I’ve never been inside but I imagine it is well runthrough Pine Bluff. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable but service is slow and cars get blocked in. There are 2 lines to order at drive through but only one is usually open. Food quality is up to standards. Management needs to supervise

Not your usual CFA experience. Avoid this one. Don't go. It's not worth it. I have never visited this location and NOT had an issue. Slow service. Poor customer service. Incorrect order. Missing items. Did I mention slow service? CFA leadership should really step in and ensure this gets addressed. It's bad. real bad. I've given it many chances - I'm done now. This experience is consistent across the board for this location. If you're in the area and hungry - just go to the gas station next to it. I've never been, but I'm certain you'll end up with a better experience.

It's CFA... so you already know it's good. Make sure you grab a breakfast fillet! It's so tender and juicy. I actually prefer it by itself rather than getting the biscuit.

Takes forever to receive the order. They should take notes from Chic Fil A in West Little Rock, it's extremely fast. Poor restaurant considering it's brand new, it'll soon be like all the other restaurants in Pine Bluff.

I have visited this location many, many, times since it opened. I am always welcomed with a smile, treated with great respect, and served hot and delicious food exactly how I ordered it. I have seen a few customers with poor manners, but the staff handled them with the patience of Job. I was highly impressed with their level of professionalism and service to all.

We ordered in the middle of rush hour and were happy to see both hot & fresh food given to us.
The service was pleasurable, and the restaurant was clean, though, this location has always been known for its cleanliness
The only time the food is slightly decent is in the morning, but all together the food tastes horrible. I tried to get a job there, they were nice and liked me, and say that i would be a good fit, but I didn't get the job. And now when I go, I don't see 1 white person working there. My first thought is that they are racist. Even when my friends and family go they also say that they have NEVER seen and white worker... all my friends, family, and I think that this location has to be the worst chic fa la that has ever existed. Have a good day.

The food is great! The service is awesome and the staff are friendly. Most of all, the owner is very friendly and “ down to earth”.. I like the fact that the owner interacts with the customers ??
This is a new location so the restaurant appeared clean. There were zero ketchup packets in the condiment area of the restaurant. Compared to all the other chick-fil-a restaurants I’ve visited this one was by far the worst. Most of the employees were moving at a snails pace. This is not ordinarily what you see at Chick-fil-a. I was very surprised. The drive through line moved very slow. My kale-crunch side was DROWNED in dressing. The fries were cold, but our sandwiches were yummy. Hopefully as time passes they will read head the reviews and work to improve their restaurant.
Two times they have not made my order right, and i paid extra for this. Other than that the food is good and very friendly staff!

Didnt have great expectations for this restaurant when this was first opened and i hoped to be wrong, but I only confirmed that it is one more restaurant in Pine Bluff where the employees treat you like it s very inconvenient for them to serve you as a customer, and in addition to that the food is horrible. Fries are cold and hard, the chicken is undercooked. It has been consistenly bad the 3 times I have been there. To finish...It seems the manager took some shortcuts in the playground because it is nothing like other locations, but the big complain here is attitude. 0.00 customer service

Drove 45 minutes to pick up food from mobile order. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Three milkshakes were melted, the fries were cold & not salted, and once we made it home we noticed we didn’t get an entree for a meal.

Very clean! Staff is great! After each request, they say "My pleasure." Wow, how refreshing to hear that coupled with a smile!!! Very friendly folks. The food was hot and delicious! I am retired now due to a stroke, but, have over 25 years experience in customer service. This is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Service like this is exactly what our city needs! Keep up the great work.
