Food was good, service was TERRIBLE.passed out waiter sitting in a booth playing on his phone once then the next time we needed him didn’t see him for 15 minutes. He was sitting in another booth with a mouth full of food. Had to ask another waitress to get us a cup then another to get us a drink to go. He was the worst waiter I’ve ever had. At least the food was good I guess

Me my twin and foster kid had chili’s last night when they brought my twin food out the fries was not warm at all it appeared and taste like it had been sitting up, The ribs special l order was burnt n the meat was dry but everything else was ok Marece Sims is my name 11/19/25 In pine bluff the shift was about to change in 30 min

Hello on 11-16-25 at 7:31pm I placed a call in order for a simple 3 for me.for burger, fries and coke. The lady on the telephone seemed agitated with me and exasperated with receiving my order.I was extremely courteous with her.She began to inhale and exhale very loudly which soon made me feel as though she did not want to be bothered or answer the telephone. I informed her of her behavior and she then hung the telephone up. I know it is often difficult to find employees on today and customer service can sometimes be non-existent but this behavior is unacceptable.I felt I needed to reach out to report this behavior because I certainly hope she does not represent this franchise. I was so appalled I called to speak to the manager and of course she answered the telephone. I was place on hold and waited 15 minutes and I finally hung up.I suggest a corrective plan of action for this employee and undergo a repeat of customer service orientation if your franchise provides one. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Pine Bluff Chili's done fell all the way off!! The works are literally in here wrestling in front of customers. We stood at the front waiting to be seated for 30 mins until the bar tender finally came and seated us. Haven't seen a manager since I been in here.

First I will say we go the chili's alot today wes one of the worst. I have seen waitresses drinking while working in the past I have ordered and did not get everything i ordered. Today took the cake the place was pretty much empty the hostess was talking to a guy 1 waitresses was sitting at a booth by her self the bat tender was making a drink. I told the friend I was with that it would be nice to be waited on. The host said the bartender will come to you when he is done. They guy she was talking to left. She went and talked to the bartender and said we had miscommunication. That's it nothing else. We sat there a little longer. Decided to walk out. The host said have a nice night. Like I said we go to chili's at least 2 times a mo if not more. I hope someone makes some changes soon.

After about 20 minutes we left cash for what we did get and left. Called to speak to a manager before posting a review, but hung up after being on hold and getting no answer

The food was good. The service was average. Have to wait an hour, if not more, just to get seated.And as many empty areas that they had. It's been this way every time I have went to eat at chili's in pine bluff. I have just about decided not to go back Because of the wait time.
