We ate dinner here after we checked into our hotel. He had the chicken crispers and I had the chicken quesadilla. We had lemonade and tea for drinks. Our server, Cory, was outstanding.

They were out of so many items on the menu that we decided to not even eat there. The server acted annoyed at us because the kitchen was under equipped. It was a very strange ordeal.

Just recently found out I'm border line diabetic so that would make Chili's one of the couple places I can go eat . With my whole diet change it's been making me crazy so I think I've been to Chili's about 8 times withing last month and this one . My order is 3 for me steak , broccoli, corn on cob dip trio queso twice and guacamole. Corn has always tasted like someone put a whole bottle of salt I can only eat one side it's absolutely a ridiculous amount of salt on top . Steak over salted broccoli sometimes to hard last few times y'all haven't had a lot of the things me and my husband has needed . Last night my steak was charcoal by the time of finally reached my table our appetizer made it out finally two sec later here come food so some of my food is sitting in fridge now wasted bc they was back to back and steak was burnt . Also y'all should add a diabetic friendly side to the menu . I hope to see it changed being since pine bluff already sucks and not very many places to eat . Also I get side salad there should be more salad I understand prices have went up but we also are paying alot of money to eat there the quantity should maych the price
I had low expectations based on other reviews but today's experience was great. Maybe they were excited about the snow coming. Hostess smiled as she greeted us. The server and her trainer were also very nice. She even noticed my son's mac and cheese was dry and took it back and brought new. Food was good. Nothing to complain about.

The food is great. It depends on the day as to whether or not you will have a server who refills your glasses versus stays on their cell phone and ignores you. IT'S ALWAYS HIT, OR MISS HERE! We do go back because the food is superb. I just wish the servers did their jobs better! Some servers are excellent, and some need to get fired and find another job.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kid friendly with crayons and coloring books. They also have tablets at the tables for kids to play PAID games if parents so choose.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, handicapped parking and ramps and ADA compliant doors and bathrooms.

Waiter was upset that I changed my order while he was still at the table taking my order. “I’m putting it in as we speak, so you can’t change-you need to know when you start talking” This should have been my first sign to leave but I had been craving pasta. I apologized and was still hoping for a great dining experience. The waiter never came back to check in.
Trio dip-Guacamole was old….it came out dark and cold. Huge disappointment. Skillet queso was as if it came out of the microwave. It’s the worst I have ever had.
All the food taste badddd. I don’t know why.

We had a group of 25, with 7 kids 8 and under, for a family party. They were amazing. Great service, great food.
Grilled chicken was flavorful but was rather cool. Fries didn't seem very fresh. Server was pleasant but took a while for initial contact and to bring drinks. Also didn't check to back after food served to see if everything was ok. Sounded like a party was going on in the back. Not much attention to the customers.
