The NY Strip was excellent. The service was impeccable. Big name restaurants in Little Rock should take notice.

This was a great dining experience from the minute we were greeted till we walked out after dinner.. We were greeted with a smile seated right away, the service was very attentive smiles and friendly staff… food was delicious steaks were cooked perfectly… our server Alisha ( hope I spelled it correctly) was great ,helped us with appetizer choices.. She was on the ball and took great care of us … if your in Pine Bluff looking for a great dinner this is the place..

I'm only able to eat at this lovely, wonderful establishment with my sisters and nieces when I come in town, which is not often. I live in Louisiana, and it's been at least 3 years since I've eaten here until Saturday, and Colonial still does not disappoint! They have staff that make you feel extremely welcome as soon as you walk through their doors, a fresh salad bar, delicious appetizers no matter which one you choose to order, and the best steaks in Pine Bluff, AR!! ? I'm a New York strip girl who's VERY picky when it comes down to how my steaks are cooked, but after eating it, I was sad that I didn't have any left to take home lol. You guys are the best all-around! May God continue to bless the wonderful staff and business ?? ??

My boyfriend and I went there for my birthday dinner on Saturday. We were greeted nicely and seated quickly at a nice table. I was very much looking forward to my meal. We both had the ribeye medium rare. When our food arrived the asparagus was amazing but the steak was not. I was surprised at the amount of fat and grizzle there was and ended up cutting out two pieces of actual meat and took it home. The service was great but the birthday steak was not.

Went here for our Anniversary. The waitress asked what we wanted to drink and they brought our drinks. We then ordered, and to our surprise she went to the next table over and asked them what they wanted to eat and went on to explain appetizers etc. She then asked if they were ready to order. This couple came several minutes after we arrived. A group of 5 came in as she was finishing that couple’s order. The waitress then goes directly to that table and starts waiting on them too. We left and went to the front desk and said cancel our order and quickly explained what happened. The hostess politely just said ok and we left. No apologies or anything. We won’t be back.
