I love Domino's pizza. I have never been to the Pine Bluff location and decided to try it out today. They were SLAMMED with orders and it's a tiny place as is, so you could sense the stress of them keeping up with the orders, but they were doing awesome. Very welcoming even during the rush. Charlie is who I really want to brag on. His energy is contagious. I had my two 8 year old daughters with me and they were watching him make the pizzas. He made time to talk to them and even had them do a countdown for his airborne pizza dough toss! He has the energy of a general manager and if he's not, he should be! Thank you for being professional and cooking awesome pizza! 5 stars all day

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes even though my food was done. Called and asked them if someone could bring it out and they said yes. But after 15 more minutes the car in front of us moved and we got cold pizza due to it sitting so long. Very poor customer service in a very shady location. Had people coming up to my window asking for loose change. You’re better off driving 10 minutes to white hall and getting Pizza Hut.

Delivery estimate was 30-33 minutes. Been 50 minutes and my pizza is not even in the oven. Still in “prep” Won’t answer the phone or answers and leaves me on hold. Can’t cancel the order, website won’t let me report an issue.

Thin crust pizza was overcooked didn't have enough sauce, handmade pizza was overcooked and so was my cheesy bread entire meal was horrible. Maybe they have the oven set too high or something. But I didn't enjoy any of it

I have ordered from Domino’s Pizza for about twenty-plus years. The one thing that has changed is the quality of the ingredients in their pizza. The phone courtesy is still great, but they truly needs to revamp their suppliers of ingredients, such as the sauce is barely nonexistent on the pizza and the sausage is terrible. The crust is still the best.
