Was told 3 minutes for fries, then we sat and waited almost 20 minutes still no food. My husband went in twice asking what’s taking so long. Someone that ordered very large order after us got their food before we got our smaller order which was only 3 items. The employee he talked to was very rude and told him he was being rude. The Food was hot that’s the only good thing I can say about this restaurant. Didn’t even put a spoon in the bag so I could eat my food while on my way home. Very disappointed!!

Do not try the chicken as it comes raw and still they will try to tell you over 140 f is safe .
No good chicken 😞

I ordered a family meal mixed and they gave me 1 breast 3 thighs and 3 legs. Thant is not mixed. They need some training. Did not give me at least one wing. Really!? The supervisor did it because I saw her when she did it. She need the be recommended.

The workers at this KFC did not sell us any chicken and told us that they were out of chicken and there wouldn't be any available for 45 minutes. By the way we could see the chicken sitting in the warmer and it was full of chicken. I feel like we were discriminated against for being white. I'm not even about writing reviews but this one was too much!

This place needs to close and get cleaned from top to bottom and re-opened with a completely new crew. It’s sad KFC has to lose business from horrible, vile, and disgusting employees. Silly me ordered a family medal deal a few weeks ago complete with cake and several sides. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes for them to take my order I pulled around and paid and was told to pull around to the double doors where I waited an additional 35 minutes to get my order. Mind you I was just passing through CRIME BLUFF. When I got home I found that two of the three sides were missing along with the biscuits. Called back and spoke to big nasty looking Jessica who lied and told me she would replace my order but couldn’t just simply give me a refund for the partial order and pink chicken that was saltier than a cow’s salt lick. Contacted the non-existent corporate office who refused to refund me my money but sent me a voucher. I will not eat here again even if THE LORD told me. POPEYES WILL GET ALLLLLLLL OF MY FRIED CHICKEN BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. CLOSE THAT DEN OF INIQUITY DOWN!!!!!!!!

I stood in line for nearly half an hour and nobody would wait on me when I went outside and tried to go to the drive-thru I was told I had to come inside I told him I had been waiting for nearly a half hour and they said if I didn't like it I could leave absolutely the worst service I've ever had ever will never come back

This KFC deserves all the praise! Aside from their amazing food and service, I’m most impressed by the integrity of the employees there! I’m from Oklahoma and my friends and I stopped there to get a quick bite on our long drive through the night from Alabama. It wasn’t until we got three hours away from the restaurant and almost home that I realized I had left my purse. I thought for sure that the cash, debit cards, my ID, and my social security card had all been stolen. Still, I figured I would call in the morning when they opened just in case someone had a good heart and low and behold one of the workers held it for me and helped me arrange for someone to pick it up for me. I will forever be grateful🫶🏼

Told us no drive thru orders inside only.Rude.Made us stand and wait 10 minutes for service.Asked why.She said when they got caught up then they would take our order.There was only one person in there.She only got a 2 piece to go.If you did decide to eat in they still put everything in Togo boxes.I have never had any one be that rude.When we were waiting there were a lot of cars leaving.There were people inside that left .We were there between 1 and 1:30.I don’t like to be treated that way.I can’t stand rude people especially since I’m a senior citizen

The service was wonderful. The food was good. But I live almost 45 min away. When I got home had to throw away one of the two pieces. It was undercooked and the breading was doughy. Other than that one piece everything was good.

I give no stars. 1 guy finally made eye contact with us after the place seemed abandoned and he just kept filling up lid dispenser. The door to the chicken was wide open. We just left even thowe really was wanting kfc.

Food was old, chicken was greasy and not fresh. Sides were cold. They have fountain drink dispenser turned off and did away with the condiment tray you could get items from. Worker said they keep all behind counter now as people were taking too many. Wow! asked for artificial sweetner for Tea and was told all they carry is sugar.
