Really well prepared and tasty pizza. The two ladies there were right on top of their tasks. Even helped me get the door opened!

I place a call in order. When I called all I heard was workers talking about drama in the background and felt like the worker was not paying attention to my order on the phone. I told her my order and even spelled my name out for her. My father arrived to pick up the order and they told him no one had called the store for the order. Whatever my father ended up getting different pizza and at the end they told him to make sure to call next time. That is something so rude to say when the problem was not him.

Hours online say 10 am to 10 pm I pull up to the drive-thru at 8:40 pm no one is taking my order but the lights are on after 5+ minutes of waiting I just decided to go to the one on 28th Street and I'm leaving I looking in the drive-thru window and TWO employees are standing (hiding) behind the ovens.

Took my order wrong then refused to change it to my correct order. They were rude, including the manager who said “I’m not trying to correct the order right now”

They got my order wrong. Pizza was not hot, only warm.

The manger griped the whole time there where only two workers in the place, they gave us the wrong pizza we ordered four they gave us one we had to go inside get the rest an exchange the wrong one, an it took them longer than it should have. An the pizza was dry barley any sauce on it.
