I’ve eaten here many times and the food is usually good. The last time I ordered food from here, I found hair all over and inside of the biscuit of sausage biscuit. I could only eat the sausage. This is disgusting and bad hygiene. Money was wasted and there are people who don’t have food and can’t afford any. Please work on this or the health department is going to be called.

Every time I go there it's a problem at the drive thru. Today the woman took my order then I get to the window only for her to tell me it's shift change I have to go back and reorder. I don't think so. Get it together.

They always overcook the fries or give old food. Their customer service is terrible. I don’t think employees are being trained on customer service nor how to prepare food. Why don’t anyone wear gloves and hairnets anymore??

Online order...when I arrived there was no greeting at the drive thru fir a about 4 minutes....so I pulled around. The guy was rude. Saying I should have stayed there. Asked for my code and said just said pull up with a attitude. And slammed the window..then i was Asked to pull up again..just to wait almost 10 minutes for some COLD food.....never again will I visit this restaurant.. very unprofessional

The crew on Harding has upset me once again. They just can’t get it right and when I told them that’s not my order, they said they didn’t have what I did ordered and so I canceled it when I went inside to make sure that the order was canceled. There was a girl behind the counter, saying why are you mad because we don’t have cookies and being very aggressive, I did not get a refund. You can get a refund on the app and Corporate doesn’t answer. Do not go to this McDonald’s under any circumstances I feel robbed
