One star is literally too many. The manager at the window was rude, literally yelling at me saying they hadn’t taken my order. I said maam I had a mobile order the lady at the speaker asked my code and then said pull to the 2nd window. She then began saying no they didn’t that it was the other speaker echoing as they don’t have my order. I said maam I’m not arguing with you and she yelled I ain’t arguing I’m telling you ain’t no one took your order. I showed her my phone where it was a mobile order. She proceeds to say she don’t care they still have to take my order. I said okay fine what exactly is it you want me to do? She says uh drive back to the speaker and slams the window. I drive back around go back through the process just to get back to the window and her not speak. She starts hanging stuff out the window and I said maam that’s not mine I just have a kids meal and 2 drinks. She snatched the bag out of my hand, hands me my drink and slams the window again. All of this rudeness and yelling in front of my 2 grandkids.

Best McDonalds in Arkansas! These sausage & egg McMuffins we had yesterday (10/3/25) were the best we've had anywhere and I've had McDonalds on 3 continents. Glad I got the pic before I ate it!

Though it was clean inside the service was way below average. The fries were soggy, fishy tasting and a weird color of brownish gray. The chicken on the sandwich was way over cooked. I ordered a large drink and was given a small cup. I wish I could have a better review but too many issues. Hopefully it was just an off day for them. Not sure if I will go back as it's not an area of town I normally go as I don't live close to there.
