Pulled up to the take out window and the woman is so high she has no clue what’s going on. Asked me what drink I ordered and what size. I say Sm Dr Pepper. Got handed a sm coke.
When I drove back through to get my order fixed, she gave me two McDoubles (I’m allergic to beef) and I ordered one mcChicken, and also get my drink fixed.
When I pull back around she ask me what I ordered again (I’m holding a drink and the burgers) im trying to get my order fixed I say. She says did you get that from inside? (I was three cars ago but ok) No I was just here talking to you.
Ok she says and ask what o ordered to drink Sm Dr Pepper, ok I’ll make you a Sm Diet Coke she says. No it’s a Sm Dr Pepper. She makes something then turns around and stares into space.
Finally She hands me my McChicken and no drink. Had to remind her again that I needed my drink. The whole time she has no clue what world she is in.

We waited over 30 minutes to receive our order. The sprite I ordered was carbonated water only. The manager asked us to pull up after we sat at the 2nd window for 15 mins and the service was horrible.

Absolutely horrible experience had to remake a cheeseburger 4 time's and they was all very rude except for the lady that took my order,my family and I will definitely not go back there,and it was not very clean either.

Horrible experience. Everyone in there is off task and in a bad mood. Cashier rushed me through my order and rang it in wrong and when I said something they just said sorry you already paid for it. Also had to wait over 10 minutes for my order while I saw people behind me getting their food and even my dad came back in to replace his sandwich because the bread was hard and he got his back before I got my food. When I asked an employee about my order they said it wasn’t done and I asked what they were waiting on and he said fried while I saw another lady putting multiple fries in bags ahead of mine. I get a 30 minute lunch break and I wasted half of it here. 10/10 would never recommend. Get better management.
