This McDonald’s is one of the good ones. It was very clean inside. The service was impeccable. They had no hot chocolate, and Ashley came out to tell us that and offered us replacements instead. She was very sweet and very professional and very helpful. The food was very good. Loved the stop. Especially since I am a shift manager at a McDonald’s as well. It is always nice to see another. McDonald’s being taken care of the way thestandard is supposed to be.

My Mom and I ordered Hot Chocolates and this excellent employee, Ashley walked over personally to us after we paid and offered us alternate coffees/frappes when she told us they didn’t have the hot chocolates. She was very kind and professional 😌☺️😊

After waiting in drive thru 40 min I drove to first window -noone, second window -after 10min they told me go back to 1st window. Backed up noone, waited another 10min. After that I just left.
They are ridiculously slow. Either they don't ever have enough staff or they just sloww... idk but the wait for fast food of 40min+ is not worth it for McDonalds. Hence, I didnt get any food after 1hr wait...

ORDER 257 : Asked for ketchup during purchase. None. Did not receive food tray during dine in. Cold to touch Triple cheeseburger cheese not even slightly melted. Grabbing Dr. PEPPER from machine WATER SPILLED ALL OVER ME. RUNNING DOWN TO GROUND.
Drink machine needs fixed. Insteal of laying paper towels all over floor. Fries were really good.

they got to be the worst mcdonalds i have ever been at. the manager was even trash all had horrible customer service the manager was yelling at the cooks while the servers were talkin ab anything but getting us our order.. need to be shutdown asap. and i didnt get lettuce on my deluxe
Ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin's and didn't get any butter or cheese on either one. This is not the first time. Shame on you.

Walk in say goodmorning how are you today cashier she replied horrible ordered egg mcmuffin she said sausage egg mcmuffin we said no just regular egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon she said bacon egg cheese biscuit we said NO egg mcmuffin #1meal she took order repeated back to us sausage egg mcmuffin without sausage add Canadian bacon??? Restaurant was filthy 2 kinda clean tables spill in floor with piles of napkins covering would not recommend this location
