I applied for a manager position at this company and despite with the District Manager said the manager on duty wanted to hire me for crew instead of supervisor. I took another job offer, but that’s not the real problem. The real problem is now every time I go to this place and I order curbside, they never bring my order out to me. It just happened again while two of the managers and a crew employee were standing out side smoking marijuana talking about me and my uniform and my work truck instead of making sure that their customers are OK so I had to go inside and pick up my order instead of have them bring it to me because I waited 28 minutes exactly my burgers were icy cold. My fries were disgusting and the ice in my drink has already melted. I will not be going back to this establishment if they’re upset that I took another job offer. It’s because they lied to me not because I did anything to them to be honest, the position was beneath me And my experience but every time I go up there the service is just that terrible that I wanted to help they don’t wanna be helped They’re OK with lackadaisical crew and managers who mistreat people who have potential
Lights where on, it was open, pulled in drive through at 6:36 pm. I pull up to order, they shut all lights off and didn't say anything. I finally called, and the rude lady says they are closed. What a joke for customer service!

I want to mcdonald's at 12/29/23 at 9:24 I ordered double cheeseburger and medium coke with no ice he charged me for guarter pound meal my ordered was$5.57 the garter pound meal was $11.41 I didn't check my recipe please check you RECIPE THEY HAVE A THIEF WORKING

Great if you like waiting for your food for 20 minutes in the 2nd drive thru line. That's right, there is an actual drive thru line with signs AFTER you order and pay for you to sit and wait for your food. I've never seen the likes of such.

Brownish yellow water was served in place of tea, coffee was plain with no add ins, and service was horrible. Sandwich was sloppy and not put together. Disappointed to say the least.

Of the 5 to 6 times that I've dealt with this location, there's been problems with all but one. The food has been wrong several times but the attitude of the employees including managers is horrible. On one visit the mobile kiosk wasn't working correctly and they refuse to take our order at the counter demanding that we use the kiosk even after we told them it wasn't working. After about 10 minutes of trying to get the kiosk to work they reluctantly took our order at the front. After all the time spent trying to just order, our food was wrong and poorly made.
