Okay so this is my problem with the McDonald’s on 107 south Blake street pine bluff Arkansas so they do more talkin and playin then takin the customers orders and handin it to us today this morning I got to burritos and they both was cold I have never had to do a review on a fast food restaurant before this is ridiculous and they need to do better because everytime I see them their not doing what they suppose to do they play to much and move to slow

Waited on my food for a good minute just for it to be wrong. The bathroom was horrible. Just horrible. Sinks clogged, no toilet paper. The white woman at the front counter handed a man some napkins to wipe his butt with. I thought about calling the health inspector on this. This is just horrible. But the lunch hour staff is great!

I was pulled up to wait on my nuggets she said 2 minutes I have been here going on 20 minutes I call inside to see what is taking so long she has a horrible attitude just as the lady at the window to take the money the service here is horrible and yet I’m still waiting !! This is ridiculous to be a business franchisee!! Wow and yet still not out here with anything ! Never again ! Wow this is so not ok ! Still not out here with my order is unaccounted for a fast food restaurant and yet STILL NOT HERE !! Big

Long wait. Sandwich overcooked. Nuggets dried out. Unhappy happy meals. McDonald's is just getting worse. I don't think I will go there again.
I went there at 2:53 to get me two McDoubles with ketchup and pickle only the only I got home had to turn around and go back I called she said bring the receipt and she would replace the order I get there and she wanted the sandwiches good thing I brought them with me I went inside waited while they made two more and they made those wrong I wanted ketchup and pickle only exactly an hour and 10 minutes later I'm finally eating my two sandwiches and that's after a 20-minute wait drive-thru before I ordered

Kid-friendliness: There's a play area inside the restaurant that provides kids with an area all to their own. Which gives parents the time to enjoy their food and can still keep an eye on their kids.
