This place..will make you an insane lunatic if you think that you can get more ketchup for a large order of fries, or pickup a mobile order without having that physical phone on your person...and even then they won't tell you the order of afformentioned application purchase so you can outright buy a second meal despite not having received a refund forthe original order made yet ? Employee gave me the wrong change for my order. When i informed him he realized he charged me for the wrong order. I had given him a 20 dollar bill. He could not figure out the change. Called over manager. She couldn't figure out the change or how to correct in the system. The line behind me got so long while they tried to do simple math. A third person had to come help.

My husband ordered a fish sandwich. They had us pull up to wait. 15 minutes later he went in. They hadn’t even cooked it. Do 10 minutes later he came back with the sandwich. The fries were OLD even though took out new fries out while was standing there. No napkins. Won’t do Pine Bluff anymore. No I’m sorry. Nothing.

The worst Mcdonalds , I have ever been to the cashier Ariel was the rudest she cashier I have ever met , she cursing me out , she told me she doesn’t care if I leave a bad review , she made us wait while her friends got to order ahead of us , the manager was rude . She didn’t care if the cashier was yelling and cursing customers out. We had to wait for our food . They are very very rude , they don’t wear nets , they are some kids running a restaurant. It needs to shut down , I have never been treated so poorly in my life. When I was walking out Ariel the cashier yelled out I don’t care about your bad reviews she was yelling at me around my children. It was the worst customer service and I will be calling cooperate. So please don’t ever stop at this McDonalds you will be disappointed
