Even the food is good. i paid cash gave them $20 for a $8.95 meal and they gave me $6.05 back. I didn't check it when they gave me the receipt with the change just put it in my purse. I called after got home they told me would take my name, said they would leave a note about it and to come back to get reimbursed. Went back & manager said she couldn't give me the money cause she didn't know anything about it. If you go there don't use cash. There are two other Oceans in town that are just as good. I recommend either one

I ordered a 4 piece whole wing dinner with okra and onion rings, I only received 4 onion rings. They were NOT the large onion rings and about 12 pieces of okra.

Honestly I miss the girl with the afro puff on her head I believe her name was Alandria and she was so nice and sweet and she was a really really good manager and I don't understand what's going on now! I had a grilled shrimp salad it was awesome. I called in the order pulling away from work at Tyson. By the time I made itvto Oceans it was ready. And I made it back to work in 30 minutes! The salad was better than I expected.

Had the wings delivered to the motel I was staying at. Wings were by far the best I've had and the fries were great. Ordered onion rings and didn't get them. Hush Puppies had a great taste.

Counter gal acted put out that she had to set her phone down to take my order. Shrimp poboy. It was decent. Atmosphere was spartan and adequate. Nothing to write home about. Can’t say I’d go back.

I love me some fish it's always hot but the professionalism is horrible. I stood there for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order while they played on the phone as if no-one was standing there. An if that wasn't enough while waiting the cook coughed an spit in a box while preparing food. My appetite was gone. Definitely won't be going back!

It was a while back I use to come eat at this place. Back then I didn't know if I was at a daycare or a highschool cafeteria. Back in November I visited again the customer service was so much better. It was nice an clean an the older black lady was nice and very helpful. Now it takes a turn again. The food was not rite. The girl at the counter was rude an hung up in my face. When I called back the line was busy. Will not be coming back.
