Maybe it's just this location? There are no plastic knives? So if you want to cut your sandwich in half you have to hand your 'to go' container back to the kitchen - which I thought was against health regulations. Additionally I thought closed toe shoes were a requirement! Here there was an employee walking around in flip flops working in the kitchen and with customers. There is no ambience. At all. The fries, fried pickles - just overly salty. I think the health inspector needs to do an impromptu visit.

It was a okay experience my food was piping hot. We did the drive thru customer service was good as well. But, I wish they wouldn't allow there employees to wear there hair bonnets to work and service the customers we had wings from here they had a funny smell to them..

I just didn't like the fish it was too thin cut and hard fried to even actually taste the fish. The okra was gr8 and the hush puppies sucked also. They were not fresh like the okra....

In my experience, this particular location seems to move much quicker than the others.I've never had a bad experience at this location. The food was always presented hot & ready.My recommended dish would be the Grilled Protein & Rice options they have. The Chicken & Lamb combo is very filling and it serves to subside my hunger pains when needed.

Our first-ever visit, but not our last. The person who waited on us was friendly and courteous. The prices are more than fair. The food is absolutely fabulous, hot, and fresh with generous servings of sides. Kudos!
