2 hour wait for food at 3pm? How is that possible? Did you not know you were going to be opened the next day? Also no personal pans in the store at all! Time to evaluate your employees for sure!

Food was rushed to be cooked based on how it looked and tasted. The personal pizza was very doughy and half cooked, they only put one topping on it and I ordered for 2. The boneless wings tasted like they were microwaved! Not fresh at all! I won't be back.

Pizza Hut is a cesspit of culinary apostasy. I entered seeking sustenance and left questioning the very moral fabric of mankind. The crust? A bloated, grease-slicked mockery of bread, stuffed with a cheese-like substance so unnatural I half expected it to sprout legs and flee the oven. The sauce? An alchemical misfire—neither sweet nor savory, just an ambiguous red smear better suited to ritual sacrifice than human consumption. And the toppings... by Sigmar, the toppings! A grim parade of processed meats and limp vegetables, as if a rat ogre had been let loose in a pantry and the results scraped from its claws.
Even the air was thick with despair—lukewarm drafts and the dull hum of apathy. The staff wore smiles hollow enough to make a vampire blush, and the ambiance reeked of defeat. This is not a pizzeria. This is a monument to mankind’s descent into lazy, cheese-drenched excess. I would sooner dine in a Skaven warren than return.

Ordered online. I was outside working on my truck when I seen a vehicle driving suspiciously down the street. Unknowingly it is my delivery driver’s vehicle. The vehicle began to turn towards where my address and then began to sit on corner of my intersection.
Then my daughter asks me if I had seen her delivery driver. At which I said no there has been no delivery. They had not been here. We checked the door bell camera versus the time that said it had been delivered and no one had been to our door.
So we then travel to the store to show confirmation saying the order was not delivered and that the driver confirmed it was delivered.
We explained the situation to the first associate. He looked in the oven to see had it been returned. It had not. He then asked the delivery driver to come and speak to us. I told him that I had seen this vehicle in the area. That I was outside and explained how he proceeded as he approached my area. And the I had a door bell camera He then told me he called and they said they did not have a delivery today. Which was the wrong number he continued to play dumb and I asked for a manager for a refund. The manager gave us a duplicate receipt and told us our order will be refunded at 12am. Horrible experience all around have had several issues before hand over the years and I think this was the final straw for me to take action

They have closed the inside of the store and make you go through the line to the window and by the time you get there your food is cold. Then when trying to speak to the manager, he sits there inside the store while you’re waiting at the door and he tells you to go through the drive thru. Very poor customer service.
We were traveling staying at a local motel period and place an order at Pizza Hut.About five thirty in the evening .had ordered the three special box .About. 40 minutes later, I checked to see if the order was on its way and it said that it had been delivered but it had not period I tried to call the Pizza Hut that I ordered from and I never could get an answer and it would go to straight to the call center period they told me to keep. Calling the other number until somebody in their store answered period I spoke with the Martis and he apologized for the mistake. But said that other delivery service took the order period period I believe you said it was DoorDash but the order never was delivered to me at the motel. Period martis said that he could fix that and did and bring my order to me period that was going to be about another 25 to 35 minutes period 3 hours later from the time I ordered. The pizza finally showed up. Martis delivered it to us, but the order was wrong period period the order took 3 hours to get to me period that is totally unacceptable period And for my order to go to a delivery service DoorDash. And for me never to receive my order. That is unacceptable period I would like to ask for a refund on my order period I have never been to a Pizza Hut that has been like this.

This is definitely a drive through. When I walked in I didn't even know where I was. It was not nice but the guy was very nice. The wings was so nice but the pizza was not nice. It was very expensive as well.
