The inside was closed and the line was long , people was moving slow and when we seen our pizza it was a poor job done on it I was not satisfied at all I would not recommend at all, period, my leftovers still in the refrigerator and my daughter stomach was messed up too no never again for me, sorry not sorry.

They have closed the inside of the store and make you go through the line to the window and by the time you get there your food is cold. Then when trying to speak to the manager, he sits there inside the store while you’re waiting at the door and he tells you to go through the drive thru. Very poor customer service.

We were traveling staying at a local motel period and place an order at Pizza Hut.About five thirty in the evening .had ordered the three special box .About. 40 minutes later, I checked to see if the order was on its way and it said that it had been delivered but it had not period I tried to call the Pizza Hut that I ordered from and I never could get an answer and it would go to straight to the call center period they told me to keep. Calling the other number until somebody in their store answered period I spoke with the Martis and he apologized for the mistake. But said that other delivery service took the order period period I believe you said it was DoorDash but the order never was delivered to me at the motel. Period martis said that he could fix that and did and bring my order to me period that was going to be about another 25 to 35 minutes period 3 hours later from the time I ordered. The pizza finally showed up. Martis delivered it to us, but the order was wrong period period the order took 3 hours to get to me period that is totally unacceptable period And for my order to go to a delivery service DoorDash. And for me never to receive my order. That is unacceptable period I would like to ask for a refund on my order period I have never been to a Pizza Hut that has been like this.

This is definitely a drive through. When I walked in I didn't even know where I was. It was not nice but the guy was very nice. The wings was so nice but the pizza was not nice. It was very expensive as well.

Over the past 5 years I’ve tried with location maybe once! I had a good experience other than that its been terrible. Quality is just careless and its no excuse at this point i dont trust this location. I think its safe to say this location needs yo be shut down. Period!! Today ordered boneless wings n all my wings look like they bit every piece! Not saying that’s what happened but that’s surely how it looked. Very much petty n careless

I ordered delivery, and of course they left my drink off, so I called the store to inform them that my drink was not delivered, Fredrick (who says he’s the manager) was VERY RUDE! Even talked as if I was lying, stated that they don’t sell Cherry Pepsi, I then asked well since you charged me for it, could you not have called to see if I would like something different! He then told me he would give me a 3 dollar credit, I then stated I want my drink not a credit for next time, he became very rude, I asked him why was he being rude with me when he’s the one that messed up my order! He stated if the dasher comes back I’ll give him a Pepsi then hung up in my face! I’d hate to work there if he’s the manager, he was VERY RUDE over HIS mistake!
