We sat in the drive through line for almost an hour waiting on our one pizza. We finally get to the window and the guy is wearing a hoodie with the hood on his head. It takes him 5 minutes to get our pizza, and it’s freezing cold. They just left it sat out on the counter. The line was out to the road so I’m just knowing everyone else’s pizza was cold too.

I placed an order over the phone with Martis today, and let me tell you, this young man is so nice! He was courteous and friendly and was no different when I picked my order up. He treated me like the only customer he had to worry with, and he was just genuinely very kind. This Pizza Hut is so blessed to have this young man representing them. MARKIS is the epitome of excellent customer service!

I have no issue with the employees of this restaurant. They're typically polite and give me good vibes. The ONLY complaint I have about my visit tonight is the drunken homeless man who was standing beside the traffic whilst in the drive through (literally about three steps away from customers' vehicles) and yelling both obscenities & nonsense jumbled words while everyone was simply trying to pickup our food. This took place at 11pm close to the hood.
I was very disappointed i placed a large order 58 dollars worth at 7 pm tonight my order tracker said it was out for delivery and should arrive at 7:33 at 8 pm i tried calling the store but no one would answer. 8:22 my order arrives. Everything was cold except for the 2 liter drink which was hot. Apparently the double order of breadsticks no longer come with sauce even though I paid for extra and the wings were hard and cold smelled burnt and didn't come with the sauce I paid for either. I really deserve a refund. But no one will answer the phone!! Won't be ordering there again

Food was rushed to be cooked based on how it looked and tasted. The personal pizza was very doughy and half cooked, they only put one topping on it and I ordered for 2. The boneless wings tasted like they were microwaved! Not fresh at all! I won't be back.
