Store#5391, Olive St, Pine Bluff AR. I ordered on the mobile app. and picked I would be there soon which took at least 15 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant the drive through line was around the building. I went in to pick up my food. I was in the restaurant more than 20 minutes waiting. The cars in the line cleared all the ones that were there when I got there and a whole new set were there when I finally left. I ordered 2 apple pies and was told they were out but I did not get my money back. 1 of the pies was a reward and the other I paid for. I complained about that and was given 250 points on my account. The chicken I ordered was 10 pieces, 50/50 with the white meat being mild and the dark meat being spicy. I paid a dollar extra for 2 breast. When I got home I found that the chicken dark meat was mild and the white meat was spicy. The opposite I had ordered. I eat mild - white and my husband eats spicy -dark. And we got no desert nor biscuits.

Canceled order at Drive on 10-28-25 the clerk at window was rude.went to Camden road staff was polite. No one wants people with bad attitude to fix their food I spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered 2. 2 piece snack boxes no drinks with mash potato's for both, a side of slaw and one strawberry pie for $23.oo. I got home and had no mash potato's and they put red beans and rice. I called and spoke to a lady and she said to bring the receipt and they will give me the two sides. I said that's it and she said ma'am we are not giving you a meal. I didn't ask for a meal. I ask for the corporate office number and a guy got on the phone and said he was the manager and he told me the same thing. I ask him for the corporate number and said that they are not in with corporate. I will tell everyone I know about this experience. I come thru there at least once a week but not anymore. The store on 28th street is a lot nicer and respectful anyway.

We order the tenders and they were absolutely the skinniest thing ive ever seen , when we called it took them 20 mins to answer and the service was horrible and we live pretty far away from this popeye so we couldn’t really go back we are like 25 mins away but the service was literally horrible, they should know that they have to be mindful about what they serve to their customers
