Good chicken,slow service had to wait order the two piece white chicken dinner and they forgot to give me my drink wanted the macaroni and cheese but they didn't have any

If you want quality food, and your order correct I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! I ordered a four piece chicken combo. They chicken was soggy, the fries was beyond hard, and on top of that I didn’t receive my drink!!!! And there was no honey for that dry Ahhh biscuit!! Not to mention I called to talk to the manager before placing my order just to make sure!!!! What a waste!

Customer service recovery was not good at all. I was in town for the weekend. It all started with me getting the wrong order. And when I asked for my total to be corrected, they told me that they can give me another sidemy order

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this drive-thru was disappointing. When I asked the lady on the speaker to repeat herself because I didn’t understand her, she screamed at me with an attitude that was hurtful and embarrassing. It shouldn’t be like that. On the bright side, the food was good, and the guy who handed me my food was friendly and polite. If it wasn’t for him my review would be a 1/5. I hope the team can improve their customer service.

About the six-dollar box they gave me a breast and a wing the breast was dry unseasoned and it was supposed to run the leg and I thought the last few times I ate at Popeyes the food has been horrible
