Every time I try to order at night, they never have anything on the menu but 2 items, what’s the point in having the place open at night if you don’t have anything but breast and thighs, they need to update they menu or just close at 6 because this is unacceptable

It’s no reason there should be 7+ employees in the kitchen and it still take over 20 min to get help and an additional 20 min to get my food. Training should be done after hours that way when it is busy there’s no hold up, if they would do less talking and more working I guarantee they wouldn’t be as backed up. This place needs new management and new employees, I’d rate it 0 stars if I could.

Bad management, bad service. Employees rolling the eyes with customers. When I drive up to the window, they were keep talking and not come for me. Their drive thru machine and headsets are bad!! They can’t hear you, you need to speak up and repeat serval times, but they get mad when you speak louder. That’s ridiculous!!!!!!! Please hire someone has better service! ! ! Visited at 7/14/2023. Worse Popeyes I have ever been.
I was asked to park to wait for my order of eight chicken tenders. I waited twenty minutes. My tenders never arrived. I went inside and six people were standing around in the kitchen. I inquired about my order. The kitchen had not prepared my order. Sad
