Service has been horrible here even tonight down right horrible. My food was made any kind of way definitely wasn't fresh. Like what happened to customer satisfactory. I shouldn't be nervous about eating my food and I spent money on it this is not a good look Rally's.

I went there yesterday and stood in line for 15 mins...I had to tap on the windows while the 2 girls finished there conversion. I tap again she rolled her eyes and said computer messed up no food but yet drivethru was still open. She rolled her eyes again so I followed the othere people in front of me and left. I will never go back

Shorted me over $15 worth of food on an online order. They said they couldn't offer any replacements and told me to get a refund online. There's no option for that online. So I called the customer support and all they offered me was a $10 coupon. I declined and asked for a refund of the missing food. They told me all they could do is put in a request and someone may reach out to me. Crickets... no response, not surprised. Poor customer service at the location andat the corporate level. Why in the world couldn't the location just substitute the missing items? I worked years in food service and that is common practice to offer a replacement. Will not recommend this Rally's.

It took forever to recieve your order, however the food tasted amazing. The cashier/server at the window offered average service but she was extremely pleasant. The atmosphere was horrendous. There appeared to be only 2 employees there with a line full of customers on a Sunday.
Night crew is always on point. By far the best late night place for food.. always gets the order right, crew always in good mood which makes the experience better.
