Every time i go to this location the employees have bad attitudes and poor customer service. Its so frustrating to order ahead of time just to be made to wait. Now I will never go back because the way they handled my food. The lady in the window took my drink to the back of the restaurant and expected me to take it. The hostile attitudes almost seemed as if they were demanding I accept something I was not comfortable accepting. Instead of making it right I was told to cancel. Which I had no problem doing. Why are you walking around the restaurant with my drink and then she walked out of eyesight with my drink. I am deeply offended. Shift on Sunday @ 2:00 pm. Get better employees because you playing with people food. I think this location deserves a visit from the health inspector!!!

Food was forgotten 4/5 last visits to this place. Also wait times are ridiculous. If you do get your food, it probably won't be made with love. You'll be lucky if they remember/ feel like applying the brown sugar cinnamon to your apple pie.

Absolutely horrible place to eat and the absolute worst service to match the food. So many times you will sit at the speaker waiting to order. Sat there one night for 10 minutes trying to order while you couldn't see any employees at 11 o clock, sure could find people hanging out in the parking lot and multiple cars just waiting. But don't worry every restaurant in pine bluff is the same.

Seems a dangerous area to get out and order. Service lacked because we always stand at the window for at least 5 minutes while they attend drive thru. It would be nice if they would acknowledge you and say something. But the food is always hot and fresh.

Hello. I purchased the, Glorilla $4.00 meal, I asked for fresh fries. They gave me, re-fried, dry fries. The burger was old and cold. When I brought it back, instead of giving me fresh food, they gave me a refund.
