Hello. I purchased the, Glorilla $4.00 meal, I asked for fresh fries. They gave me, re-fried, dry fries. The burger was old and cold. When I brought it back, instead of giving me fresh food, they gave me a refund.

The deals here are AMAZING!! My husband and I ordered two meals (double burger, french fries, a drink, AND an apple pie dessert) using one of their special meal deals which only cost us $8. That much food for such a small price isn't available at even ONE of the competitors. Plus, the cashier was friendly.... that's always a nice experience to have. 💯🙂

Normally I have a great experience at rally on blake. However tonight it took 30+ minutes to get our food. I am watching a woman in the restaurant eating fries. For sure not a great experience. Also what happen to the ice cream? Why did tall stop selling it?

I love Rally's, but this specific location has to be the slowest and worst place they have. Thirty minutes every time, and they don't know how to use their own systems for mobile orders.

We always drive across town to visit Ms.Pauletta the food is made after we order.I don't normally eat apple pies well I do now and they are delic!! They are hot smells inviting. The strawberry fanta is great we had the 2 for $6.50 fish sandwich Customer Service is fantastic. Thank you for great service. See you soon. Next visit I include pictures

My vehicle has problems so i can't go thru drive thru. Therefore I choose the walk up. The last time I visited this rallys on 28th Street as well as the last 2 I could not get served at walk up and it was only 9:45 at night. Even after explaining my ride situation they just shrugged and said too bad. I don't know what is so hard about taking an order at the walkup. It's there for a reason and "We ain't taking orders at the walkup is bullshit because the person that tells me they aren't taking orders has a headset on and is clearly taking orders. If the walk up closes at a certain time then please post it. I always tip at the window if I get a smiling face and a burger not a go to hell look and turned away. No reason why she couldn't have took my order other than LAZY and inconsiderate. If you can't deal with the public please find a job in the custodial occupation and clean toilets. Your probably better at that anyway.
Some of the workers are good at their jobs; some of them can't wait to go on break. To the point of shouting about it across the way before giving the customers (me) their food (sadness; I felt it.) It wasn't every time, but it was enough times to feel kind of unprofessional at times. But that being said, it wasn't all the workers. Some of them were understanding, if you had communication issues about how to get your order that needed more time to cook (It's that online-ordering-only lane, guys....it's a touch confusing). All in all, I'd recommend it! Rally's has always had great deals. If you're going to pay an arm and a leg for a chicken sandwich, let it be here! They'll give you a medium drink and some fries for under 8!
