We are visiting out of state. Didn't take that long to be sat, however, waited quite a while for our drink order to be taken. Ordered an appetizer with our drinks and it took quite a while to come out. Ate our appetizer before our food order was even taken. Still no biscuits at this point. We finally get our salads with the biscuits. The romaine in my Caesar salad was mostly orange around the edges and wasn't cold. While we were eating our salads, I heard my boyfriend say "oh my god" while getting up and reaching behind me. While he was killing a roach climbing on the back of my seat, another one ran across the bench of my seat and he quickly killed that one too. At this point, I'm quite weary and paranoid. I accidentally dropped my napkin on the floor and tried to eye any others under the table. While doing so, another ran across our table. At this point we asked the waiter to box our food since we refuse to sit and eat. We waited what seemed like forever to get our boxed food. My boyfriend sent me to the truck. I gave him a gift card to use to go toward our check and our waiter proceeded to tell my boyfriend that there was no balance on it. I checked the card when he brought it back and there was $25 on it. They also didn't try to comp any of our meal. VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least. If we ever come to the part again, we will NEVER eat at this Red Lobster!!!

The worst experience ever. The waiter was courteous but slow, all the food was overcooked including the biscuits. The Caesar salad was the only thing I would recommed. I had the all you can eat shrimp and it took almost thirty minutes to receive six shrimp. The tails were left on in the shrimp Alfredo. I don't think I will be returning to this establishment anytime soon!

The service is so unbelievably slow. The food is mediocre and does not at all counteract for the treatment and wait time. I places a mobile order and it still took them over an hour to bring me my food with little to no checking in/apologizing for the extreme amount wait. I would suggest going to chilis if you’re craving pasta and going to a seafood restaurant in little rock if you want surf and turf. No one should ever be disrespected by the disappointing combo of horrible food AND a rude waitstaff. I will do my best to never go back.

Waiter was polite but either overwhelmed by customers or just not able to help us. We waited an hour and thirty minutes for food. Unreal and very frustrating. I was ready to walk out but my wife was more polite. No one had an answer other than "a problem with fish and chips "??? Manager finally came by and we expressed displeasure with long wait and torched Brussels sprouts (beware!!). Said he would "make it right " but nothing was done. Not recommended unless you like long wait for food and overdone veggies.

We had a decent dinner yesterday at this location. The server was amazing. Clean restaurant, great service and decent food. Biscuits awesome as always, really good scallops and shrimp. Worth stopping in. I recommend going for lunch to save a little

Them mfs left us OUTSIDE for almost two hours with two kids and never called us back.
This was horrible. The server was wearing filthy clothes and she was clearly on something. She was grinding her teeth so fast I'm surprised she did get lock jaw. The food was horrible. Rubbery overcooked shrimp, lobster with the texture of beef jerky, and pasta with Un mixed lumpy pasta sauce.
