We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Red Oak Steakhouse, and it was nothing short of extraordinary.
From the moment we arrived, the service and atmosphere made the evening feel truly special. The menu is incredibly unique, and we came in intentionally wanting to try new things. Red Oak delivered beyond our expectations in every way.
Our meal included A5 Kobe Wagyu, bison filet, Tomahawk ribeye, scallops, and more. Each dish was expertly prepared and absolutely unforgettable.
The cocktails were exceptional and the wine list includes rare Willamette Valley barrel-auction selections—limited-production wines that support small producers and artisan communities. (We enjoyed one of these beautiful Pinot Noir’s).
Dessert was the perfect finale and a true work of art by Chef Mattias. The chocolate soufflé was perfection, the pavlova was light and delicious, and the coconut mousse with mango and passion fruit, served inside a chocolate coconut shell, was as stunning as it was delicious.
Exceptional food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere made this an anniversary we will never forget. If you’re celebrating something special, or just want an unforgettable dining experience, I cannot recommend Red Oak Steakhouse highly enough.

While the service was by far the best part, and the ambience was nice, I found it to be loud for so few tables.. and while (for this area) it is probably one of the better steakhouses around. It was by far not the best. I have eaten much better steaks in Little Rock and other locals... but, I am from Kansas City so. I am very choosy about my cuts of meat. as for the price, it is after all a casino, it was very overpriced for the cut of meat. If you want to impress a date... a good choice. But if you want a good steak? There are better options. They could learn a thing or two from Charlie's on the Lake.

We only eat here a couple times a year for special events because of the cost. This time as we were close to the end of our meal the server notified us that the table next to us had paid our bill. Wow! The service, food, ambiance and wine were spectacular. It was a memorable evening for my family celebrating my youngest son's birthday (27). The steaks were cooked perfectly for everyone. Sean our server was knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant.

Tried Red Oak for the first time and it was a great experience! Our food was perfect. The fried oysters were absolutely delicious!! My filet was one of the best I've ever had. The service was top notch! Absolutely no complaints, we had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend!

I've eaten here 5 times in the last couple of months, and each time the steaks seasoning, char, and temperature have been different. Ive ordered the Prime Ribeye, Dry Aged Ribeye, and the Tomahawk - all ordered Medium. One came with so much dry seasoning I had heartburn, the next came with almost no seasoning and tasted bland. The tomahawk came out wayyy undercooked, and after a couple times throwing it back over the heat it was pretty tasty. My friend ordered a NY Strip Med-Rare this time, and it came out Med-Well. The staff comp'd the Strip, but for a steakhouse of this perceived caliber and pricing, the expectation is that steaks will always be cooked to the proper temperature, and the seasoning will be sufficient and fairly similar each time. We came in this time hoping to split the Tomahawk but they were out of that cut so we each ordered our own steaks and none of the three were that great.

Celebrated a fantastic birthday with a delightful halibut dinner topped off by the chocolate souffle. I always ask for Shawn as our server as he is so attentive and personable.

This is my 2nd time there and had Shawn as our waiter both times. He really put attention to detail to customer service. He explains the specials and answers any questions I may have. My water was never empty. The food was over the top and will be back again. Thank you.
