The food is ok but the owner she has a nasty attitude when it comes to customers using the app if she doesn't like the app (then why agree to have it at her establishment) the app is convenient but also needs some work I have received rewards on the app that i am not allowed to redeem at the only location in my city.Its unprofessional that customers have to travel 45miles away just to treated right and to redeem rewards giving to them
Parking: Plenty of parking except for front door the owner parks there.

My family is visiting here in Pine Bluff, Arkansas from Texas to discover this hidden treasure! Shipley's is everywhere in Texas! We were so excited to discover Breakfast Eggrolls & yummy pastries!! They even remodeled while we were here! Beautiful place! Thanks for giving our family a taste of Texas!! I Highly Recommend This Shipley's Do-Nuts of Pine Bluff, Arkansas!!

Asked for cappuccinos. Server asked what flavor. He said a few flavors & we said hot chocolate. We had 2 hot chocolates that we ended up adding to coffees all the way to Tennessee. Finally threw out rest. It was like chocolate sauce with a little water. The lemon donut I eventually ate so the frosting was dry. The donut was in a bag. Messy.

My chocolate fill donuts were not fresh they tasted spoiled and the glazed were cold. The sausage kolashi was old and reheated. I'm very disappointed ?

This review is for Hazel Street west 28th location VERY RUDE LACK CUSTERMOR SERVICE not the lady at window but the one that goes to the back to prepare your food nasty attitude I will not return
good fast service, didnt realize they stack donuts vertically so all frosting, etc is on the bottom of next one... wasted a dozen donuts... Kids wouldn't eat them
