The birthday cake was the best. Moist and flavor was good. The pink icing one with chocolate cake - the cake was dry. Nice place and staff was very friendly.

I had my regular baker cancel a cake just hours before pickup for a 16th birthday this morning. Called Smallcakes just after 8am 2 hours before they opened and they answered the phone (most won’t). I had the pleasure of speaking with Haley and I asked if there was anything available on such short notice the party was at 11:30am. And she offered to bake me whatever I needed if it had been later in the day. But she told me what she had and what she could do to help me out. We decided on a cake she had in the fridge and a dozen cupcakes (which she decorated) I was desperate I didn't care of color or flavor just that I had a cake at this point. The cake was delicious and everyone complimented how good it was it sure didn't taste like it had been in the fridge. I've grabbed a cupcake here and there so I knew they had amazing items. I am so grateful that she helped. And again she did this all before they were open for business. These small local businesses are the ones who always go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks again Haley you really did save the day! 🤗🥰🧁🎂

I definitely didn't get what I paid for and the girl that cashed me out. Had the worst attitude because I didn't like the cake it's my sister 40th birthday and this happened SMH ? I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY FOR A CAKE THAT LOOKS LIKE IT CAME STRAIGHT OUT THE FREEZER ? I will not be ordering anymore birthday cakes from them and the service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Ordered and PAID for my daughter’s birthday cake a week in advance. Went to pickup this morning and no cake! Instead of acknowledging the mistake off the bat, I was questioned about paying for it( which again, i did in full!!!) Once they were able to prove I paid, still no cake! They did offer to make the cake once they were positive I had paid. Just would have expected more ownership of their mistake!

I ordered cupcakes for my son to take to school for his birthday. They looked beautiful but after tasting them, I could’ve done a better job myself flavor wise. They were birthday cake flavored or were supposed to be and the cupcake itself tasted so bland and plain. I was definitely not impressed especially since I paid $80 for 2 dozen cupcakes. Definitely will not be back.

I have never been to a place that was completely horrible.I did not get What I paid for at all. I asked for fresh strawberries in the cakeAnd on top of it.When you makeWhen you make aWhen you make a down paymentYou pay taxes on itAnd when you come back to pay the rest of the balance it's another taxSo they're double taxing you.The cake I did not enjoy itAt all I paid more for the cake than what it was worth.

I checked the website for the hours they were opened, drove to the store & lights off & closed. No sign or anything. I was disappointed because I had planned to take some cupcakes to a sick friend.

Seriously, all Smallcakes aren’t created equal.I’ve tried several, and this one here in Pine Bluff for some reason tastes different. I even asked the staff if it’s the same recipe across the board. Lol. I tried the strawberry champagne and pecan pie cup cake. It was soooooo good, OMG. The staff was pretty awesome, as well. They were inviting and patient with me. I enjoyed my experience there, and will be going back today. Don’t judge, lol.

Best cupcake I've ever had in my life. Not too sweet, perfect size, creamy!!! Definitely for any and every occasion, or just because. The staff was very professional and the owner personally helped me pick out a delicious moist red velvet cupcake that I ?devoured. I will be a returning customer every time I make I quick stop in Pine Bluff-10/10??!

WOW! First off, omg those cupcakes were so good. Perfect amount of sweet, bouncy and soft, moist, and the frosting was fluffy and perfect amount of sweet. The cupcakes were hugeeee which was nice bang for your buck. They were made fresh too. I grew up in ny and love cupcakes, I am very surprised with how good this place was. The women who worked there were so sweet and friendly. (Honestly, this place is better than the cupcake shop in hot springs)

Pretty cup cakes but taste like a box mix and the icing tastes like it is made with Crisco. Last 2 visits the cake was dry and grainy like the kind made from a box. Th icing was very greasy with no flavor or butter taste at all. The staff barley spoke to me, only speaking and almost rolling their eyes when I asked what the flavors were. Nothing was labeled. Then staff acted a little miffed when I bypassed the tip screen when checking out. Another great idea gone downhill.

Best cake I've had in a long time. They did a wonderful job on decorating as well. Loved it.

This cake was absolutely amazing. Not only is it beautiful, but it was so flavorful, rich and moist! Small cakes has everything you need when it comes to custom cake and cupcakes!
