Sonic is great! The foodâs always tasty and the shakes are amazing â so many flavors to pick from. The burgers and tots are always fresh and hit the spot. Only thing is the speakers can be a bit hard to hear sometimes when ordering, but other than that itâs always a solid experience! đđ„€đ

The unprofessionalism at this sonic is at an all time high . Something is wrong with the speaker apparently , so she kept hollering âwhat , what I canât hear youâ . I just decided to drive up to the window . As she was taking my order , there were people being loud & unprofessional . Then I see a lady in the kitchen with a baby on her hip !!!!! I sat at the window every bit of 15 mins or so . Who is under management there ?!

I havenât been to this Sonic in over seven years. I am visiting family⊠When I decided to pull over and get my children, some food. For my two youngest, I decided to get them a wacky pack meal. I asked for the Jr. burger, which is under the kids meal on the menu itself. It says what all is included. When I noticed that the lady on the intercom was ringing me up separately for everything I ordered. I wanted to confirm that everything came together as a meal and not separate. She then explain to me that no Everything will be rung up separately. Itâs not a meal. I have ordered this many times and this is the first that a wacky pack meal nothing is included. Everything is separated. Iâm honestly genuinely confused because we stopped at several Sonics and always order the same thing. We have traveled from Austin TX to Pine Bluff Ar. This is the first this has ever happenedâŠ. I am beyond disappointed in this establishment.

My husband and I pulled into a stall. A woman came on the speaker and didn't use a greeting, she sounded like she was talking out loud. He said his order and when she repeated it back, NOTHING was correct. It was as if she was given someone else's order. So he repeated it at least 3 times before she got it correct. As soon as he tried to pay, the food came out. THAT QUICK!?!! The bag wasn't even warm. It was almost as if they had the food sitting up waiting on someone to order those particular items and just threw them in the bag. We tried to pay with a gift card, but the car hop couldn't run it for some reason, so the food was refused. I blame management for how customer service is in some of these fast food places. If management is lazy, then the employees will be too. If management doesn't care, then the employees aren't going to care either.
