I won’t be returning to this Subway with its managing staff. I had a coupon for buy one footlong get one free with a medium drink, and I gave it to the head manager man. He put it in front of the scanner and it beeped 2 times. He then told me that the coupon had already been used. I told him no, because I just got them in the mail and cut it out. And I told him that the machine beeped twice, that’s why it said it was used. Then I asked him that that means I’m going to have to pay full price for both sandwiches? And he said yes, then I told him if I’m going to have to pay for it all I said I’d just get a large drink. (I had already asked if I could upsize the drink and he told me it’d be 2.99 and I told him nevermind). So I just learned my lesson to not going back there ever again. BUT…. The sweet lady that made my sandwiches was so very nice, I think her name was Manesha from her nametag. Many thanks to her but not to the others.

Yall, this beautiful, friendly, funny, hardworking manager lady was the reason we ate here 3 times in our 3 day stay in okc.Quick witted, efficient, restaurant was clean, veggies and meat were fresh, bread was perfect.Subway corporate: don't lose this lady! Give her an the raises because of all my travels, THIS was the best run Subway of them all!!

I ordered a cold cut trio and just wanted the sandwich 559 or so and was charged for the 729 or so combo and was told the combos is the meat arrangement so I was still no understanding why 729 when I just wanted the sandwich. I had a coupon that was for a buy a 12"sandwich and drink and get a 12" free. But still end up paying 11 something. Possibly should have been 9 something if I was served right is what I understand. Let me know! Am I wrong or not?

Immediately upon walking in, I felt unwelcomed. The 2 women were looking mean and acted as if they didn't want to take your order. They need customer service training. Horrible customer service. The food was good otherwise.

Guy would over talk me when trying to tell him wat to put on my foot long spent almost 100 dollars for lunch for the employee to over talk me and not make my sub correctly he wanted to try to argue with me and I would love to speak with some one that is higher in the subway business than the employee that was there today I will not spend another dime and I will not recommend this subway to anyone not even a homeless man I will take my business else we're just like the other people that has complained if this is the same guy that is rude to me and every one else he should be fired in front of all employees and customers he should be bringing subway business but instead he his loosening business at that store and this store is in chapel

The Arab guy just made a racist remark to my 3 daughters about "ITS ALWAYS THE BLACK PEOPLE" just because they had to come get .15 cent out the car! The worst I've ever been treated at SUBWAY then proceeded to try an call the police when I asked what was the remark he made an told me he didn't have to respect me!

The attitude of our server needs an adjustment. On top of that she did not give us the amount of meat we have received at other Subways. Very poor quality of sandwich construction.

It's always great and there is a young lady that went to school with coco i can go in without her and she remembers and asks about my daughter. And can recall our sandwiches. She is a brilliant Artist of sandwiches. And its always good.

Everytime I go in there the lettuce and tomatoes are wilted and soggy. Staff was using dirty knives to cut sandwiches.
