Got the Best Western Omelet I've had in years ! I use to get great omelets years ago at the 81-65 truck stop, but then they went away. The Omelet I got this morning looked and taste just as good. So I went to compliment the cooks only to find out they use to be the cooks at the Truck stop . So now I can go to Charliemays Cafe and enjoy Great Omelets again as well as Great Home Cooking !
Great Soul food!Great service and quality of ingredients make a difference. This is a hidden gem.We got breakfast and Biscuit with gravy also they have brunch ready with a selection of entries and sides.Everything was really, really good.The corn bread was my child favorite.My husband tried the pork chops with rice and beans!? %Recommended!We will be back for more!
Vegetarian options: Offering fresh fruit and vegetable dishes especially when in season is a good idea.
Parking: Parking lot in bad shape, needs resurfacing.
