Of all the Taco bells that I've been through around central Arkansas this has got to be one of the best. Very clean store. Employees were great. Food was very hot and fresh.

While the food is just okay (it's fast food, after all), I have been surprised recently by the courtesy of the staff. This particular location used to be horrible and I dreaded when my husband wanted Taco Bell for supper. I think they may have a new manager or something, though, because the service is outstanding, now! The staff goes above and beyond, even helping me carry my drinks to the car! This Taco Bell has earned my trust again, and I couldn't be happier.

Very Friendly. Alot of teamwork going while we were there due to being so busy. All staff were amazing and even checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything while finishing our food . Very impressed since it has been 8 years since I have eaten at a Taco Bell. Thank you to the staff for making a very positive impact. You all are amazing!!!

Twice now we’ve come to this store to order food late night on a Saturday and twice we’ve gotten no service. The first time the manager said they ran out of meat and we could only get drinks. They did give us a coupon for a free taco, but unfortunately, that was no solace.
The second time they said their computers were down and they couldn’t take any orders. How do they make any money if they can serve you?

Lakesha was very nice and super-helpful as my husband & I tried to figure out how to work the kiosk. She helped us order from it. She had a happy attitude the whole time. The food was delicious! Tasted very fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant too. We will be back here anytime we arre in the area. We live in the southern part of the state & had come to the area for a family member's dr. Visit.
I'm neutral on this one because we only stopped so someone had to go to the bathroom and since we stopped we got some chicken soft tacos. It was done the same time the person got thru with their bathroom break.

Absolutely disgusting....taco shells and tortillas were extremely stale...when I asked for a refund she only gave me 12 dollars back when my total was 18 bucks ...will be calling corporate
