I love tropical smoothie so much. Their smoothies are great and so is the food but what i really love is the fruit and yogurt bowls and the acai bowls. I never have go wait too long for an order and its always very clean inside. Great place.

I was very disappointed with the two chipotle chicken clubs I ordered. There was just a little bit of chicken on each one. I decided to take them back in to tropical smoothies and asked one of the employees do you all weigh the chicken or something because there is small bits of chicken on each of these clubs. She gave the excuse that there’s 2ounces of chicken for each one. She didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I asked for a refund.The refund was granted. I do not recommend purchasing this item because you will not get your money worth. $ 8.19 + taxes.

Paid $20 for 2 Chicken flatbread sandwiches only to discover that there was basically little to no chicken on the sandwich. Took it back in showed the staff and they was unbothered. I got my refund back and they just throwed the food in the trash.No good customer service skills at all. I will not go back to this location.

It would have been 5 stars for food.But at 1 location in North Little Rock, they weren't aware that humus is a substitute for protein for vegetarians and vegans.And they gave me such a small amount, but a large portion of guacamole (which I don't personally care for)otherwise one hundred!

Drove 20 minutes on Sunday to tropical smoothie called them ahead of time to confirm they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:30 and they had already locked the door. Wouldn’t allow me to order two smoothies. The girl at the counter was very rude. I won’t ever step foot back into this place! I have spent quite a bit of money at this local place but won’t any longer.

We've been traveling a lot for medical appointments and the smoothies are so delicious and health-conscious that we leave early so we have time to stop in and grab a Sunrise Sunset or Pomegranate Plunge. There are a variety of add-ins. I recommend the Sunrise Sunset with nonfat yogurt and B12!
