Food is fine but facility is not great. Ate here two days in a row, and the first day, the bathroom had no paper towels. The second day, they had no toilet paper! ?♀️

I visited this store today for lunch, & once I ordered I stepped to the side because it was a short line behind me, I received my flatbread, & waited for my smoothie, I literally watched 6 or 7 people behind me get their smoothie & I still didn’t receive mine, by this time my flatbread is cold, I requested a refund, & the lady offered no apology or anything..just rude! Just tried out tropical smoothie 2 days ago and I've already been three times if that tells you anything. My favorite is the strawberry banana chocolate one I think it's called a Baja maybe. Delish! I'll definitely be stopping at a local store again soon.
This Tropical Smoothie location was a bit of a letdown. There's not that much to choose from in Pine Bluff, so I'm bummed that Tropical Smoothie was not a winner. The thing that bothered me the most was how unclean the whole place was. The trash cans were overflowing on to the ground, the floor clearly hadn't been swept all day, and employees were using their cell phones with the same gloves on they used to prepare food. Considering how gross our phones are, this really turned me off of eating here. The staff were friendly enough, but were clearly overwhelmed. Lots of things were out of stock, food came out slowly, and once I got my food, toppings were missing. Maybe I just came in on a bad day, but I'm not sure I'll be back, even if Tropical Smoothie is one of the only healthier quick options in Pine Bluff.

Not sure the young staff follow store procedures when fixing the smoothies..Seems they rush to get ya outta there . My shake was tasteless.

If I could give no stars I would be today.I sat in my car with my infant child excepting curbside otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I sat here well over my order time, called the phone multiple times with no answer all while I watch the employees all sitting at a table not doing anything.If your going to offer curbside and “watch for the vehicle to arrive” you should really be watching not sitting in the far corner stuffing your own face lol

The smoothie made of (banana, strawberry and pineapple) did not taste good at all. Tasted no pineapple, banana was too old. The last time I visited, the smoothie was great.
