About what you would expect for a Wendy's. They do need to work on their inventory orders. First time I was there they had no straws, second time no ketchup. Curious what they'll run out of next.

The employees at this location are ignorant and rude. They are young, simple minded, and some crash dummies. They will play in your food over a simple misunderstanding, they rush you to order so they can hurry up and smoke in their lobby because people don’t go inside, they are led by a someone who is afraid to RUN HER OWN SHIFT, the manager wants to keep her “friendship” instead of remembering why she even became manager!! It is a whole mess! Yesterday (July 14) a Wendy’s employee threw a drink on my niece. I tried calling to speak with a manager (Shonda Galliger is the name she said, she probably lying getting it from that funny but filthy show Shameless with the Galligers) and she was rude also. This is not the first incident with them and I am not the only one. DO NOT EAT THERE!!

I'm giving this visit 5 stars because the staff was so friendly and helpful despite being really busy. The Frostys were great too! And the Littles loved their nuggets!

I never thought it was possible to be worse than Burger King but this Wendy’s location did it. The soda was nothing but carbonated water. The fries were cold. The burger was ice cold. There were zero warm ingredients in the burger. The cheese went straight from the refrigerator to a cold patty to my bag. The guy working there obviously hated his life. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food restaurant in the city that cares about standards.

We got NO SERVICE. WENT INSIDE AND 3 EMPLOYEES WATCHED US STAND AT REGISTER AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US. WE FINALLY LEFT AND WENT TO KFC.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s, I have to sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes before somebody even takes the order. I went today 3/5 And sat in line for 15 minutes with three other cars in front of me, waiting to order only for them to finally come and asked me what I needed to just let me know that they’re only doing cash for the day. THEY NEVER TAKE CARD! Insane! This location is beyond nasty never open on time you cannot go inside and the workers have the worst attitudes. The drive-through sucks waste of time will not be back.

The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. We arrived two minutes after our mobile order was scheduled and was told it was just being prepared. Imagine our surprise to find our food was barely warm.

My bun was close to being stale. My husband said his sandwich was dry.

What has happened to Wendy's? They used to have good quality food.
