Husband and I went in today for lunch. There was one other patron. Store was filthy and almost all the tables needed to be wiped down so we got it to go. They were out of katsup and the condiment area was a wreck. Food was not good. Fries tasted like old oil. Not again.

ordered and paid through the app. simple enough. still waited 15 minutes for a parm Caesar salad and did not receive dressing or crumble topping. was given a bunch of crackers and some pecans instead. lady in the window was upset that I sat at the window waiting for my online order but didn't tell me to drive or park anywhere else until nearly 5 minutes had passed. They need an attitude check. this is Fast Food not some sort of fancy dine in restaurant. It's not hard to put the right items in a bag.

Are you kidding me? This is the worst Wendy's in the United States! Wendy's needs to send a corporate trainer here to explain how restaurants are supposed to run. It was not clean and it too 15 minutes to get a burger. They don't offer salads at all. FYI, if you are traveling from out of town, skip Pine Bluff and keep going. Pine Bluff is like landing in a third world country.

Worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. The cashier was rude smart mouth. If you come to Pine Bluff DO NOT COME TO THE WENDYS BY PUNES MALL.. Too busy to take order complete. Too busy doing nothing. Manager never said a thing to me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Out of everything, even ketchup packets. Rude, unhelpful staff that wouldn't speak to me unless I asked several times. Inside looked like someone had dumped a pet store vacuum in the air ducts, and let it blow everywhere.
They never have the "specialty lemonade" it's down the street so I go because it's quick and they consistently never have any of the flavors. Maybe they need somebody to help them do inventory to see how much lemonade they need in a week.

We won't be going back to this Wendy's location. Ever. Every table was filthy. The floor was disgustingly sticky. Trash cans were full. Our order was wrong. There was hardly anyone in the dining area but staff didn't want to cook. Fighting among themselves over who was gonna do what. Cussing within earshot of my 5 yr old grandson. A couple of little blue haired ladies were appalled & embarrassed by staff's arguing. Worst fast food experience ever.

No receipts are ever given. Each time I've requested a receipt I have been told for at least the last three months "our printer is not working." Doesn't a customer deserve their receipt??
