Very incompetent people that work on 28th order always wrong and never answers their phone

This location is horrible. The food is always old and never prepared the way it's ordered. The staff is extremely rude. Drive across town to Harding. Don't waste your time on 28th. đ¤˘

Went in to place an order and also use a coupon. The first worker didnât greet me as I walked in or when I approached the register. I had a coupon for a free item with the purchase of an item. I placed my order, the first worker (young African American female with a red afro) took the order. She then said I needed to purchase something else, I told her thatâs not what the coupon stated. She stated with a very nasty tone, âI know what that says but Iâm telling you whatâs this says,â pointing towards her computer screen. I asked for a manager, Otis Greer approached the counter. I explained to him what the issue was, he then stated the item I ordered was an on sale item so I would need to purchase more. I said okay I wasnât aware it was on sale and she didnât convey that information to me. She began talking again from the side, being disrespectful and going back and forth with me about her lack of knowledge and ignorance about her job. She finally walked off and said I was stupid. Instead of Otis being the manager attempting to deescalate the situation he decided to refuse to serve me. I explained to him I wasnât aware the item was on sale and he pointed to the sign on the outside of the building, I again told him I wasnât aware that item was on sale. He refused to serve me because I defended myself and my actions to his subordinate which makes no sense. He needs to go back to training in customer service as well as the subordinate. As customer itâs not my responsibility to know her job and read and comprehend whatâs on her computer. The whole experience was avoided and unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend any one else visit this location unless your prefer a side of disrespect and being call names with your order. Besides this horrible experience, they are extremely slow to get the orders out which is I normally donât visit. I went in for 2 items and still had terrible service or lack of. ??

FOOD WAS GOOD. I ALWAYS ASK FOR HOT FRIES. THEY GAVE ME WARM FRIES. THEY WERE COLD BEFORE I FINISHED. I ENDED UP NOT EATING THEM ALL. I HATE COLD FRIES!

My order was simple and I still didnât receive what I paid for ! Something needs to be done immediately. This is the 4th time !!!!!
They donât listen to you order, care about their mistakes or your inconvenience, are unapologetic and rude. I ordered food for me and my kids just a biggie bag BLT meal with large fries and a large mango pineapple lemonade and a six piece spicy with barbecue and a six piece regular with ghost pepper. the person on the drive-through speaker was already dry so I just placed my order and paced myself for her to take it correctly. it looks correct on the screen so I pulled up and paid. after I paid They gave me a smaller drink than I asked for then told me to pull up for my other nuggets. I told her I ordered a large drink and she said oh sorry. I pulled up and waited then I decided while Iâm waiting might as well get what I paid for. I looked on the receipt and I realise that they charged me for a small drink instead of a large so I brought in $2 and I asked for a receipt to make this drink. I brought the drink back as well. Lady took my cup, walked to the back I can see she poured the cup that I brought into a larger cup and then proceeded to fill it up with lemonade and walked away. I had to ask the lady at the front counter to speak with the drive-through lady again to see where my receipt was for my charge for the drink because I wasnât sure what it cost anymore. She said there was no change. I asked for the receipt again, but she walked away again. They give me the nuggets that I have been waiting for and I go back to my car. Inside of my car I decided to check the bag they gave me before I pulled up. According to my receipt I paid for Large fries but all I had was a small. I went inside with my bag and explained to the lady at the front desk that I paid for a large fry and then I try to explain about the drink, but I could tell she didnât want to hear it. I stood at front counter for exactly 6 more minutes after I brought my bag in to wait on fries. I watched the front counter lady and the drive-through lady get together 4-5 small boxes of fries before they got back to me,waiting on front counter while my children were sitting in the car in front of the restaurant door. I realise that the attitudes here are usually pretty terrible after the morning shift leaves. But it is the closest thing to my house and I just got off work and wanted to feed the kids something quick. I will probably still come for the morning shift. I will never come back anytime during lunch. This location looks just like the one on East Harding but the service is nothing like it. The manager saw me standing at the front and not once did he make a move to apologise or offer to make the rest of my food which has started to get cold fresh for me while I waited on fresh fries 20 minutes after I placed my order. Customer service could definitely use some work. I hope you guys get it fixed. I donât want the $2 off. What is $2 off when I spent $18? lol. Now Iâm home with fresh fries and cold burger and nuggets lol. no one probably reads these so I will probably just go ahead and put it on Google. at least people will see it and maybe avoid the problem of coming here after breakfast hours. Not angry. Just disappointed with what I paid for vs what I got.
