First the guy in the drive thru was rude and very monotoned no smile and made us feel like driving off . Then my #1single I asked for no tomatoes no ketchup there was definitely tomatoes and ketchup. When I bit into it the burger was not fully cooked was very red in the middle. I will not be going back there. Do not recommend!

Worse experience! Went to order a plain and dry sandwich they gave us the sandwich with the wrapper that said plain and dry and when we check the sandwich it wasn’t plain and dry so we went back around to request another one they acted so mad! Anyway they told us to pull forward so we did and the audacity they didn’t do anything! They just wipe off the mayo and stuff and bring it right back!!!!

The cooks are awful, I went to get breakfast 1 day the sandwich tasted stale, went for lunch and got the Asiago chicken sandwich, the patty was hard as the bricks on the establishment. Food too expensive for this. I will NOT be returning.

Went in to place an order and also use a coupon. The first worker didn’t greet me as I walked in or when I approached the register. I had a coupon for a free item with the purchase of an item. I placed my order, the first worker (young African American female with a red afro) took the order. She then said I needed to purchase something else, I told her that’s not what the coupon stated. She stated with a very nasty tone, “I know what that says but I’m telling you what’s this says,” pointing towards her computer screen. I asked for a manager, Otis Greer approached the counter. I explained to him what the issue was, he then stated the item I ordered was an on sale item so I would need to purchase more. I said okay I wasn’t aware it was on sale and she didn’t convey that information to me. She began talking again from the side, being disrespectful and going back and forth with me about her lack of knowledge and ignorance about her job. She finally walked off and said I was stupid. Instead of Otis being the manager attempting to deescalate the situation he decided to refuse to serve me. I explained to him I wasn’t aware the item was on sale and he pointed to the sign on the outside of the building, I again told him I wasn’t aware that item was on sale. He refused to serve me because I defended myself and my actions to his subordinate which makes no sense. He needs to go back to training in customer service as well as the subordinate. As customer it’s not my responsibility to know her job and read and comprehend what’s on her computer. The whole experience was avoided and unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend any one else visit this location unless your prefer a side of disrespect and being call names with your order. Besides this horrible experience, they are extremely slow to get the orders out which is I normally don’t visit. I went in for 2 items and still had terrible service or lack of. ??
