I've got to write a review about this BK. Unfortunately I see a lot of reviews that aren't that great but my experiences in the past year have been nothing but wonderful. I stopped by today and went through the drive through. A young man named Jacob took my order, was very pleasant and humorous. Immediately I was at the other window, the sweetest young lady gave me my order and wished me a great day. Do you folks not understand what it is like to go to a Burger King in Little Rock ? First off the parking lot smells like skunks ( cheap marijuana ). Your order is half ass taken, it's hit or miss if it's correct and it usually is covered in mayo and smashed. The people at the drive thru windows or counters look at you like they would rather drive over you than get an extra ketchup packet. I don't eat at Burger King in the metro...it's an awful experience as are most fast food places here. The service, food and experience in Pocahontas is GREAT, kudo's to the staff and management. BK should do a commercial there because the food honestly looks like the pictures.

I am a Truck Driver and I had to park the rig so when I got to the door it was 9:02 pm the door was locked because the dinning area is closed at 9:00 pm however they made an exception and let me dine in….The majority of the Truck Stops have other burger restaurants so a Burger King is what I needed….John and Skyler were Gentlemen and I thank them

After I waited 20 minutes for my food I finally went and asked about my food and it was sitting on the counter. My food was cold so I took it back to get my money back. The woman manager, who wasn't wearing a name tag, was so rude. It was the worst service I have ever experienced!!! It's sad when they were in the wrong and i was treated like it was my fault. Burger King, Pocahontas, AR do better!!!

Food is good. Don't get in a hurry, though. They do not keep up with the play area well. Always kind of gross in there.
3-26-25 we set in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after ordering and the line never moved.. 8 cars behind us left b4 we did. I called inside (by phone) and was told they were short staffed but honestly 20 minutes is way to long to have to wait in a drive throu .

Horrible service when I called to address the lack of proper items in my order the manger became rude and hung up on when I went into the store to address her my self she wouldn't talk with me now the district manager Jill has been very respectful and working to make the situation right . As so I thought I was gurenteed a refund to my original payment and just got a call that now I won't get my refund by instead a gift card to go back to their location where we were treated poorly ... I'd say this situation was not handled properly
Ps don't order ice cream for your kids you might get a few beard hairs in it 🤦

The place was absolutely FILTHY. They tried to over charge us by $10. Slow service, waited more than 20 minutes for food. The food was cold, so I don't know what we were waiting for. And when we asked for a rag to clean off the tables, they looked at us like we were insane. Excuse for not wanting to sit on filth. We will not be coming back.
