The manager was super nice. The crew member(Jasmine) according to her name tag. Very Rude. Was told she didn't have time to refill the ketchup, and handed a handful of packets. When the same crew member brought our food. There were two orders on one tray and didn't say anything until she started back to the counter anti said the order number on the tickets. Look.

We stopped in at 6:30 am this morning for a burrito, iced coffee, and a breakfast sandwich. We were immediately greeted at the drive thru by a polite and upbeat guy. The attentiveness and kindness continued through the whole experience. The burrito was huge, well put together, and honestly looked better than the menu. The iced coffee was mediocre but I didn’t expect a gourmet experience from fast food. All in all, this BK exceeded my expectations.

I've got to write a review about this BK. Unfortunately I see a lot of reviews that aren't that great but my experiences in the past year have been nothing but wonderful. I stopped by today and went through the drive through. A young man named Jacob took my order, was very pleasant and humorous. Immediately I was at the other window, the sweetest young lady gave me my order and wished me a great day. Do you folks not understand what it is like to go to a Burger King in Little Rock ? First off the parking lot smells like skunks ( cheap marijuana ). Your order is half ass taken, it's hit or miss if it's correct and it usually is covered in mayo and smashed. The people at the drive thru windows or counters look at you like they would rather drive over you than get an extra ketchup packet. I don't eat at Burger King in the metro...it's an awful experience as are most fast food places here. The service, food and experience in Pocahontas is GREAT, kudo's to the staff and management. BK should do a commercial there because the food honestly looks like the pictures.

I am a Truck Driver and I had to park the rig so when I got to the door it was 9:02 pm the door was locked because the dinning area is closed at 9:00 pm however they made an exception and let me dine in….The majority of the Truck Stops have other burger restaurants so a Burger King is what I needed….John and Skyler were Gentlemen and I thank them
After I waited 20 minutes for my food I finally went and asked about my food and it was sitting on the counter. My food was cold so I took it back to get my money back. The woman manager, who wasn't wearing a name tag, was so rude. It was the worst service I have ever experienced!!! It's sad when they were in the wrong and i was treated like it was my fault. Burger King, Pocahontas, AR do better!!!
