After I waited 20 minutes for my food I finally went and asked about my food and it was sitting on the counter. My food was cold so I took it back to get my money back. The woman manager, who wasn't wearing a name tag, was so rude. It was the worst service I have ever experienced!!! It's sad when they were in the wrong and i was treated like it was my fault. Burger King, Pocahontas, AR do better!!!

3-26-25 we set in the drive thru for over 20 minutes after ordering and the line never moved.. 8 cars behind us left b4 we did. I called inside (by phone) and was told they were short staffed but honestly 20 minutes is way to long to have to wait in a drive throu .

Horrible service when I called to address the lack of proper items in my order the manger became rude and hung up on when I went into the store to address her my self she wouldn't talk with me now the district manager Jill has been very respectful and working to make the situation right . As so I thought I was gurenteed a refund to my original payment and just got a call that now I won't get my refund by instead a gift card to go back to their location where we were treated poorly ... I'd say this situation was not handled properly
Ps don't order ice cream for your kids you might get a few beard hairs in it 🤦

The place was absolutely FILTHY. They tried to over charge us by $10. Slow service, waited more than 20 minutes for food. The food was cold, so I don't know what we were waiting for. And when we asked for a rag to clean off the tables, they looked at us like we were insane. Excuse for not wanting to sit on filth. We will not be coming back.

The store needs to be shut down completely. They’re running the store into the ground. Teenagers are on their phone constantly. The food is always cold when DoorDash is delivering it and not to mention they like to give out wrong orders to the DoorDash people and they don’t want to refund shit when it’s the wrong order. This place needs to be shut down. It’s out of date. None of the workers are really good at what they’re supposed to be good at on top of everything I can officially say this because I worked for this company for a couple of years. I know how they operate.

Echo, the cashier, was so enveloped in what was coming out of her earbud that we had to literally ask her four times if she could take her order. She then proceeds to tell us that they can have burgers for breakfast but when we order the burger she says we can't have it because it's still breakfast for 10 minutes. That's fine and all but we asked and she said okay it's even on the menu and then she says no. I suppose the people in her earbud told her to.

I've been here numerous times with subpar experiences using online orders. . 1st trip there no napkins, plus no ketchup that I added to order. 2nd trip sweet tea I ordered was unsweetened,no ketchup again and no sauce for nuggets. That and it takes a long time better fuel up before going through drive through. Of all the fast food places I go to this establishment is at the bottom it needs better management.

Came through drive thru this morning and there was only me and one person in front of me. I was told to pull up because they were making fresh hash browns. I waited over 15 minutes and multiple other people were served inside and through the drive thru before me and when I got my food it was cold.
