Buttercream Bakery & Frozen Custard Pocahontas ar

I ordered my daughter’s smash cake and 2 dozen cupcakes via messenger. Confirmed numerous times that everything would be done in time and when to pick up and how to pay. Upon pickup, they did not make her smash cake and reportedly hadn’t even written it on the order form. The offered solution was them “slapping a design” into some cupcake they had already made. So I paid $50 for cupcakes and walked away with no smash cake. The cupcakes were good and done well, but overall very dissatisfied with the service. Most likely will not return.

I had a cake made, and it looked like my 2yr old grandson decorated it, I would not recommend this place for a cake, that's all I have purchased from this establishment. this was suppose to be a special B-Day, and the cake was insufferable, it was dry, and like I said, it looked like a kindergarten class piped the cake for her, I can't believe that people are ordering these cakes, at 40.⁰⁰ a pop for a ¼ sheet. Buttercream should be ashamed of themselves for sending out amateur looking cakes. really in one word. WOW!

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to be. I've tried a few things and all of them are good. They have a little bit of everything Cookie's, peanut butter balls,ice cream, homemade Malts. Very friendly and clean place to sit

Buttercream Bakery is The Best!! Friday, I got the best ice coffee. Musty even let me taste one of her Jalapeño Cheddar Scones. It was Amazing!! Thanks for all you do Misty and co-workers!!
