This resteraunt was so great. First let me tell you that there were 12 of us and the young lady didn't have it easy cause our group likes to joke around with the waitress/ waiter, she never flinched and smiled the whole time. The food was also great.

Came down to Arkansas to visit my girlfriend's family and she recommended this place because she said she used to go here as a child when she'd visit family. The food and service was phenomenal. Easily the best steak I've had for the price in all of my travels across the country. The salad bar was fresh and had plenty of options. The fried okra and baked potato were excellent sides. Their sweet tea was delicious. Classic steakhouse atmosphere that seems to have endured over the years (which is becoming increasingly rare). 10/10 recommend. This place has earned their longevity and reputation.

Drove up, middle afternoon and only 1 car in lot. Thought, well, let's see. What a surprise, good way surprise. Food was outstanding. One of us had phillysteak sandwich, one large shrimp the other steak or fajita salad. Everything was delicious. Told others in MO about it, they went and gave great review. When going through Pocahontas AR, Don's will be one of our food stops.

This place reminds me of an older steakhouse like the ones I grew up with. It was our second time to eat there, and it did not disappoint. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the baked potato was fluffy and delicious. We got there just before a big rush of people and those girls were like a well-oiled machine. Tables were cleared, people were sat, and food was served nonstop. We were amazed at how hard they worked. I have to give a shout out to the cooks because they had fresh, hot food always ready to go. We always appreciate a restaurant that has great service and great food.
