11/19/2021 at 5:25pm I placed an order via the DoorDash app for this location. I paid a total of $38.93 including taxes and my dasher tip. After an hour no dasher had accepted my order so I decided to cancel the order. Unfortunately DoorDash could only refund the $7 tip and I would have to contact the store about refunding my order. Went to KFC in Pocahontas, Ar. this evening. I ordered a 4 piece extra crispy meal, mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home, there were only 3 pieces of original chicken, received green beans instead of mashed potatoes and gravy. I called KFC and told them about the discrepancies in the meal. I placed an online order and picked up in the drive thru. Got home to discover that I was short 8 pieces of chicken. When I called to get it corrected, the manager told me he packed the order himself and that there was the correct amount in the bucket. Never have I ever as a customer been treated so badly.
