I went to the KFC in pocahontas arkansas and chicken was hot and it was fresh and delicious and quick I might add!! They was polite and the place was very clean and smelling good! I definitely will be back! The stuff was amazing .

The person behind the counter acted like they, we're bothered by me wanting to place an order. The chicken was old and Gray. I'm just not happy with it at all.

$14 and some change for a bowl and two chicken strips. The chicken strips were about the size of my thumb. Service was great and quick. Location has a little wear. I gave it 4 stars as the food was really good and made up for everything else.

Hands down the worst KFC I’ve ever dined at. First things first, the inside must have been about 53 degrees. It was so cold I had to bring a blanket inside just to eat. We sat down and the seat was filthy with crumbs no one cared to wipe off. The walls had cracks and gashes around the boarder, and the floor was a wreck. Also, at every other KFC you get free biscuits with a meal. You have to pay for these biscuits. Staff were rude and blunt. Chicken was half raw aswell. Save your money and go somewhere else (it was also expensive as hell)

Placed order online. It was ready 30 minutes after expected ready time. The two additional wings I ordered were not provided. The one I received was somehow overcooked during my wait time. They ran out of fries, so I did not receive my second order of fries. Management/supervision clearly was not hands on. I had to make friends with the staff to get someone to tend to me waiting in the lobby.
Hands down, the worst KFC experience I have ever had. Ordered an extra crispy combo for lunch and after I paid, was told that they only had wings in crispy. I would have to get original instead. OK, I'm not a picky eater. Original isn't my favorite, but it will do. Got home and I'm not sure if the chicken had sat too long in the warming drawer or was just half cooked to begin with. Breading was mushy and falling off the bird. Meat was briny as hell. Only plus side was the meat was hot,so I'm not too worried about food poisoning. Only thing edible were the sides. Glad I'm just staying in town for a few days!

Not your average KFC this place is great service and food , we are from batesville arkansas and normally will not eat at KFC there because it's so bad, this was nice for a change, This is what KFC used to be!!
