We went to Pocahontas McDonald's this evening and had a basically simple order we ordered 3 # 9 MEALS which is 2 cheeseburgers ect we also ordered them as a medium with coke on all the MEALS we asked for NO PICKLES AND EXTRA ONIONS well it took 3 employees to try to get it right I had had it by then so I yelled at them to please listen again the dude slammed the window at the drive thru anyways a manager finally took our order then made us pull up to the yellow line and wait after almost 45inutes the manager brought out our food when she repeated the order it was still WRONG. We got all 6 if the burgers with EXTRA PICKLE NO ONION THEN WE HAD TO ASK FOR STRAWS FOR OUR DRINKS THAT COME WITH THE MEAL AND THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS A HASSLE TO DO ANYWAYS we get home and not only the picle onion mix up the burgers didn't even have ketchup on any of them so I will no longer be doing any business with them and we spend a lot of money at McDonald's so either hire people that are able to do their jobs right or train them better all the employees including managers also if you can't handle working in customer services industries find another job
