We went to Pocahontas McDonald's this evening and had a basically simple order we ordered 3 # 9 MEALS which is 2 cheeseburgers ect we also ordered them as a medium with coke on all the MEALS we asked for NO PICKLES AND EXTRA ONIONS well it took 3 employees to try to get it right I had had it by then so I yelled at them to please listen again the dude slammed the window at the drive thru anyways a manager finally took our order then made us pull up to the yellow line and wait after almost 45inutes the manager brought out our food when she repeated the order it was still WRONG. We got all 6 if the burgers with EXTRA PICKLE NO ONION THEN WE HAD TO ASK FOR STRAWS FOR OUR DRINKS THAT COME WITH THE MEAL AND THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS A HASSLE TO DO ANYWAYS we get home and not only the picle onion mix up the burgers didn't even have ketchup on any of them so I will no longer be doing any business with them and we spend a lot of money at McDonald's so either hire people that are able to do their jobs right or train them better all the employees including managers also if you can't handle working in customer services industries find another job

I just sat for over 20 minutes for a curbside that never showed up went in and got the wrong order again and when I called they want to hang up. Do better thats straight garbage! Giving me attitude when yall cant ever get it right is crazy.

I ordered and paid on the app. On arrival in drive through, they couldn't find my order in the computer. They put it back in and we moved up. I got my drink and they asked me to pull forward. After quite a wait, they brought out the wrong food. Another wait, and finally got what I ordered. It took a total of 6 people, not counting the cook.

Terrible customer service. We were still ordering and the lady told us to just go to the front window mid order, rudely, because we were still ordering??? We then got done paying and before we start moving to the next window, the lady already had our stuff out the window, not even in the windown but OUT the window. We asked for cup holders and she looked at us and shut the window, came back with our fries and one of us asked again and she shut the window and left ....
I asked for an ice cream cone got an ice cream cone and a cup was told the ice cream is coming out soft serve… It’s soft serve ice cream. I’m very confused here especially because the texture of the ice cream in the photo you can see is normal to the consistency of a soft serve, lol.

Just went there and ordered a number 7 with a drink, and a number 5 meal with a drink. Paid full price, got the number 7 meal fully. Yet, my number 5 meal wasn't fully in the bag. If I didn't just get off work I'd have come back for either for rest of the order I paid for or a refund.
