Terrible customer service. We were still ordering and the lady told us to just go to the front window mid order, rudely, because we were still ordering??? We then got done paying and before we start moving to the next window, the lady already had our stuff out the window, not even in the windown but OUT the window. We asked for cup holders and she looked at us and shut the window, came back with our fries and one of us asked again and she shut the window and left ....

I asked for an ice cream cone got an ice cream cone and a cup was told the ice cream is coming out soft serve… It’s soft serve ice cream. I’m very confused here especially because the texture of the ice cream in the photo you can see is normal to the consistency of a soft serve, lol.

Just went there and ordered a number 7 with a drink, and a number 5 meal with a drink. Paid full price, got the number 7 meal fully. Yet, my number 5 meal wasn't fully in the bag. If I didn't just get off work I'd have come back for either for rest of the order I paid for or a refund.

It’s McDonald so I’m rating based on fast food services. It’s 2 am and I got fresh coffee and fresh fillet sandwiches. I’m a happy camper probably the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the evening time. I would’ve took a picture of the food, but I ate it. Fast

Black woman with blonde highlights didn’t have to wave the receipt at me with so much sas. She didn’t even say a word. It was at 4:58 pm on Sunday January 26th. Watch the footage and see how rude she was. She was working the first window.

Got pulled up for my mobile order, got home with food missing a large fry that cost $4 and got a regular Big Mac instead of the chicken Big Mac I had ordered. Do not waste your time at this location, I will not be back.
