I placed a $48 order on the app. My husband drove to the store to pick it up which is about 20 minutes from home. He came home and everything looked fresh and good we started figuring out who got what that's when the trouble started. Two of our footlong sandwiches had the wrong toppings. I called back to the store and was told they would happily remake the sandwiches if I brought them back. I stated I didn't want to drive 20 minutes back and then 20 minutes back home. They told me that was the only option. I said I was not trying to get a full meal replacement but thought they could give me a discount of some sort on my next order. I was told they have no coupons. I let her know that I would be calling corporate tomorrow. I even offered to send her pictures of the sandwiches and the receipt to show they were wrong.

I live in Hardy and was placing an order on the app it accidentally sent it to the sub way in Pocahontas I was sending it to Ash Flat Pocahontas sub way refused to cancel it or refund me will never do business with them again bad management

There is mold and roches. I found a hair in my food (they wouldn’t replace my food). There mold in the soda mechanic. They serve old bread and soups. And the service was terrible. Everyone had an attitude. The manager April was so rude and just kept saying “ there was nothing she could do”
