I ask for no lettuce regularly, every time I order. And every time I come to Taco Bell there’s always lettuce on my tacos. They even put lettuce in the quesadillas I ordered. Poor quality, poor service, and takes too long to get your food.

I've worked in the food industry for over a decade. I needed a 2nd job and chose one of my FAVORITE fast food places. As a customer I know what it's like so I paitently would wait however after working there I see why it can be a 10 to 20 minute wait. The owner needs to step in and work there for a month or so to work out the kinks because the GM is good however the way she treats people is why they can't keep good help. It's a small town compared to Memphis and we don't have a Little Caesars so I'd love to see the place succeed but at the rate it's going I don't see it lasting. 1 out of 10 I rate it ghetto.... Really ghetto or hillbilly hickish whatever you wanna call it....

Literally ordered the Party pack which is 4 soft shell tacos and 4 5 layer burritos and it took them a 1 hour and 30 mins just to make it. Pretty ridiculous! Taco Bell do BETTER!
They never change the grease here.. All you taste is the old grease. Absolute trash...
