Can we send the Jonesboro Taco Bell employees to go train at this Pocahontas location? The employees at this location were so nice and the food came super quick. The food is taco bell which I mean, it's pretty consistent from location to location so you know what you're getting so no complaints here.
The employees can make or break a restaurant like taco bell and this one exceeded expectations.
If only the Jonesboro locations could take a page from this location's book.

The food was not fresh! I got the lux box 7 doller one, the burrito 🌯 didn't taste good because the beef was burnt and it had that burnt profile. The chalupa was old and was so hard I could not eat it. I did go back through and have it remade, the point is i should not have to do so!

I think they forgot to season the meat the beef was very light like right out of skillet
Dude. WTH I ordered a steak breakfast burrito that had Z E R O steak on it. Not one single piece. Who orders a steak burrito without steak?!?!? NO ONE.

Absolute worst Taco Bell. Made a freeze that wasn’t mixed all cream was at the bottom. Chicken was not cooked through.
