One of the better Wendy's out there. The food is good and if you are travelling through Pocahontas, Ark, give them a try. I ate there today! The Dave's Double Cheeseburger is what I got. And even on other reviews, this is a good burger!

I was traveling and went through the drive through. Ordered my meal, paid, and my order wasn't correct. Fries tasted burnt and my spicy chicken sandwich was plain.

The big tall white guy is overwhelming!! Loud to playful and slouchy!! Thinks he’s funny! Not!! It was so cold in there two people besides us, got up and carried our food outside!! I bet it’s 60 degrees in there. Most companies regulate the air from corporate! We will not be back!!

Well I went thru the Drive thru n I ordered 2 bacon stacker $7 biggie bag well I get to the window I asked the first window if I could upsize my drinks he tells me No bc he had already cash out my order then I go to the next window n asked for ketchup salt n pepper the guy in the Drive thru literally gave me 2 ketchup 2 salts 2 peppers n also 2 napkins

I have Food Allergies. I requested No Pickel an announced it was a food allergy. They put 4 large pickle slices right on my chicken sandwich. Out of everyone in the car (4 people) the Food Allergy was the meal that was screwed up. Clean out your ears an listen to your customers. I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO PICKLES. Food allergies are no joke. And my life is not a joke either. To those reading this I hope your Drive Thru Crew & Line Cooks Listen Very Carefully and know when Allergies come through. BECAUSE BOTH ARE TO BLAME. COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

We went through the drive through and received sweet tea when we requested unsweet (diabetic) and we did not receive the condiments for the baked potato. We are on a long trip and were already back on the road when we figured out the errors, so we could not go back. We tried to advise Wendy’s of the issues directly but when we went to their comment section on the website it did not have anyway to leave a comment. It gets old constantly getting the wrong food ect..

Nasty employee, white dude with black hair just took a crap walked right out of the restroom and didn't wash his hands. Told manager and she just shrugged me off, let other customers know and they did the same. Just got done driving 11hrs and wanted something quick to eat lucky I needed to go number 1 first. Don't drink the water in this town.
