When this Sonic first opened, it was top notch. But the last 3 times I have been here, my order has been wrong. Twice I ordered a #4 Double and it was a single. This most recent time I ordered with no ketchup and ketchup is on my burger. The service has not been what it was. Management needs to be inspecting what they expect of their employees. Please pay better attention to what you are doing!

Only 5 star sonic is on highway 64 in pottsville. All the other ones are disgusting.
This is the best Sonic of everywhere I have travelled. They have the best quality food, great service, and the best looking building as well.

Me my kids and wife just went there worst experience at a sonic ever yes my kids were a bit loud in the back but either way I got them to claim down after a sec we said sorry about that then continueed the employee on the speaker ignored us after then was very rude so I checked food the food was messed up no sauce on them so I ask for a refund the manager said give the food back first so we did she took it back though the window! We have went there many times before this was a first not sure if we will be back after that..... idk if there having a bad day or what but please don't take it out on us. God bless and I hope y'all's night goes smooth.
