I order 2 chicken wrap only lettuce and they forgot my meat! Cant go back because of work! Anyone in their right mind would know that just because it says only lettuce doesn’t mean to leave the meat off unless it says no meat! I never have problem out of this sonic but it looks like I won’t be going back! Y’all use to be my main fast food place to go eat at. But y’all lost a customer who goes every day if not twice a day!

This Sonic location (#6947) charged my debit card for 2 purchases on 11.17.2025 at 4:48am for $31.80 and $24.18 at 4:59am. Could someone tell me why?

I suggest hiring some adults or at least retrain the kids that work there. Every time I go there they forget something. The sonic blizzards was basically a cup full of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of Oreos on top!!??? Do they not use the machine that helps them blend it???

When this Sonic first opened, it was top notch. But the last 3 times I have been here, my order has been wrong. Twice I ordered a #4 Double and it was a single. This most recent time I ordered with no ketchup and ketchup is on my burger. The service has not been what it was. Management needs to be inspecting what they expect of their employees. Please pay better attention to what you are doing!
