Jim's Razorback Pizza

This is absolutely my favorite pizza place! Family owned, great prices, friendly staff, and the best pizza I've ever had in my life! It's the only pizza place that I know of that uses crumbled canadian bacon. It's phenomenal! Everywhere else uses big slices, and when you take a bite, it comes off and slaps you on the chin Lol Jim's Razorback Pizza in Prairie Grove not only has the best tasting canadian bacon, they have the best tasting pizza sauce! The salad bar is delicious and always fresh!

It was in the 80s at the original location in Fayetteville that I went to Jim's Razorback Pizza for the first time. Not only was the pizza the best I'd ever had, the ambiance was incredible. I really miss that place, it was nostalgic for me. Fortunately, Jim's family owns the one in Prairie Grove. I'm thrilled because it's close and it is the Only pizza I'm willing to eat. I love you guys, you're good people, and I hope this restaurant is always around. 🥰🤞

Great pizza. Service kind of suffered. But it was pretty busy when we visited. The salad bar options were decent. I'd recommend this place.

Customer service was terrible I had a complaint and you can hear all the kitchen staff talking about me loudly and just being very rude I come in here weekly and have dinner once a week and the food is usually pretty good but this time it was so nasty and when I have one complaint the whole kitchen so rude? Definitely won’t be back and don’t recommend going there if you want good customer service.

Just in the last year has this restaurant has went dowm hill dramatically with service and the quality of the food. Last night was very disappointing, we called in an order and as soon as the girl answered the phone she was hateful, I was placed on hold with hateful tone, came back with an irritated voice, impatient, unfriendly, and was no a pleasant experience. Even picking up my order the girls who helped when picking the order up, seemed like they hated their job, they were not helpful, had terrible attitudes, rolled their eyes when I spoke to them. The entire visit was not a good experience and then our order wasnt correct after getting home, along with the quality of the food being undercooked, thrown together and just didnt taste appetizing.

Takeout girl were very rude and not pleasant whatsoever. Ordered $60 worth of food for takeout over the phone. Lady on the phone had no happiness in her tone nor any customer service. When I went in to pick up my food, 3 different girls were all very bland and rude. They looked like they hated their jobs and could give one less care if the customer was happy or not. Very unprofessional and very unwelcoming. I’m disappointed cause I love their food.

We called in an order, one XL pizza around 8:20ish, the girl I spoke with on the phone was already very short with me. I sent my boyfriend in to get the pizza and pay because I’m genuinely exhausted, I don’t have the energy for bad attitudes today.
When he went in she was very short with her sentences as well, kept rolling her eyes.
We’d ordered Marinara sauce which was forgot(it happens, not even mad about it) but luckily we’d not left yet. He goes back in, she’s sitting with her boyfriend and rolls her eyes at him again. She was blonde shorter hair and had braces.

I’ve been coming here since I was a younger girl, this is not usually the experience by any means. And tonight it’s too late to call and ask for a manager

We hated when Jim's closed in Fayetteville, but this location is more convenient. The pizza is always great, and the service is timely.

We literally drive hours to eat here. The service is great. The food is always fresh, fast and fantastic. The prices are reasonable. It’s definitely our family’s favorite pizza spot.

Ordered their small pizza for one. It was perfect. Will definitely be ordering that again, adding a salad next time. 10/10
