We literally drive hours to eat here. The service is great. The food is always fresh, fast and fantastic. The prices are reasonable. It’s definitely our family’s favorite pizza spot.

Put a coupon in the square dancing book that was good until 12/31/24 and refuses to honor it.

We moved to Prairie Grove 2 years ago and came to Jim’s and we sat and waited and waited no server ever came to take our order so we left. Today we came back to try again and same no server. They have 1 lady taking orders finally she comes over after waiting one 3 other tables who came in after us and takes our order. Very under staffed.

I have been a weekly customer for over 17 years and will continue! great food, great people!

Pizza is phenomenal and the service was on point! I highly recommend this place! Best pizza I had in a long time! I’m never going to another pizza place again! This place has my heart and I will be a loyal customer forever!

Gluten free crust was good even to the person who doesn't have to eat gluten free.

Tables were dirty, server was rude and we could barely get anything from her. Pizza was mediocre at best. Ive been comimg to the restraunts since the first opened in fayetteville. Most disappointing experience ever

Good food, quick service, and decent prices.

Our first dine in experience...we were impressed. We tried the cauliflower crust veggie pizza. It was fabulous, we will definitely dine in again.

Was going to try them for thefirst time today. Unfortunately didn't even get to try the food here. Because of the absolute rude lady named sherry on the phone. I asked her about a special they where running and then the price of a large cheese and large supreme pizza. Just to see which was the better deal. She tells me "you really need to hurry up I have stuff to do I have to get off here." I went back and looked at the call length it was a grand total of 1 minute 42 seconds. If they don't have less then two minutes for me I won't be going there. Shame I've heard there really good.
