The worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Cold food, super slow service, and they ALWAYS say the ice cream machine is broken. If you’re ever wanting ice cream this place will not serve you blasts, shakes exc.

Updating my review from a couple of years ago. This location has greatly improved over the last few years. They seem to have better management and staff, definitely much faster service than a few years ago. The manager is kind, and contributes to the community. The location is clean.
They get our order wrong EVERY single time.they fix it but they always get it wrong.we spend 30-45 minutes trying to get our food made right EVERY time we come to sonic. They gave my mom a burned hot dog for her chilli dog. They leave stuff we add off the order ,even though we paid for it to be added…they fix it but it’s a problem every time ,oh and if u pay for extra bacon it’s 2$ and that =1pc of bacon cut in half

All I will say is management and ownership of this Sonic needs to take a VERY CLOSE LOOK at how the restaurant is being operated most of the time!! I hope you do… because Prairie Grove doesn’t need this type of service. Good people don’t deserve this!…

Ordered a medium pickle fry, wacky pack and a large coke. Waited 10 minutes after ordering ahead in the app. I didn't get a full order of fries, they only gave me about 8 fries.
