It’s pretty dang bad at this location. Highly recommended going to the Farmington location about 5 minutes down the road. Service is bad, food is bad even for Taco Bell standards. Just save your money

Asked for 2 double deckers but ended up with the stacker tacos. Went back to reorder my double deckers and forgot to tell them I didn’t want cheese. When I told him at the window he said he remembered me from last time and already put it down as no cheese. When I opened my tacos they had cheese on them.

At this TACO BELL,, I would say, is the worst one I have ever gone to. The order was not only wrong, but it also tasted horrible .
The employees that work here are inconsiderate, rude,and too young, and have no sense of work ethics and all should be replaced, except one older lady with blonde hair, was busting her ass,and trying to keep this sinking ship afloat. These kids just didn't listen to anything she was instructing. Anyway, if she isn't a manager, she should be. I believe from management all the way to the district manager should be replaced, because if they what they were doing, this store would be like the others around the U.S. Consistent, the quality of the food would be correct, and service. Would all be Awsome! So I say pass this one up. Until they fix their problem.

This has got to be the worse taco bell I've ever been too. 1st it took an HOUR to get my food. They are constantly this slow even when not busy. For an hr the food should have been better. 90% of the food was hard or tasted hours old. It is constantly like this. I travel to another town most of the time to another taco bell bc of how often they mess up. Tonight i was just tired and wanted to stay in town. I'm not the only one with these complaints. Terrible time management and Terrible food prep.

Garbage. This is consistently the worst Taco Bell. Food is never correct, something is always missing, and the employees are always so slow it’s not worth your time trying to get it fixed. My taco had maybe 1oz of beef and a hard tortilla. 5 layer burrito was just sour cream and beans. Completely missing the chips and cheese. Topped it off with a rock hard chicken chalupa instead of beef like we ordered. You are throwing away money eating here drive into Farmington or go to Casey’s across the street for a better dining experience.

Can never get an order right through the drive thru. Didn’t know it was my job to make sure my order was correct every time I left there. Got home and was missing 3 burritos, called and asked if they would refund it. Was informed it was rush hour and to call back in 30 if I wanted to speak to manager.
Horrible service. It’s not that hard to get an order right. Never going back.
Went thru drive thru my order was 40 dollars I had a 100 dollar bill it was almost noon on a Saturday the manager said they couldn't except it there were no sighns stating it. that is very poor managment i wont be going back there
