I was passing through after a soccer game in hot springs, AR and decided to stop in Prescott, AR. I've been to several bojangles and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I ordered the 20 piece tenders meal with mac&cheese, fries and dirty rice. The dirty rice was made with the sausage they had left from breakfast instead of the ground beef it was supposed to be made with and was given only 3 dipping sauces for 20 tenders. Some of the biscuits were hard. And they shorted me a half gallon lemonade. The only thing that tasted good was the tenders. Won't ever go back to this location connected to Love's gas station. Paying $60 is not worth it. The young lady at the register was nice though.

The girl named ‘Chassidy’ . Very sad and miserable soul! Did not even greet! And filled with attitude. I mean, if you don’t like it , quit it. Very poor attitude, never coming back here👎🏻

Super friendly staff! Very fast! Clean place! One complaint getvrid of this modern country music. Old country classic rock something. This modern country makes me want to puke.I had the chicken sandwich ;very bland, had the chicken fingers ;bland, the coleslaw boring today the mac and cheese worst ever in history from even a box even? Flavorless. Bo biscuit? Am I missing something? Bring on Popeyes chicjen or KFC any given day hands down. Even the employees from the Loves store didnt like the food here. The staff are friendly the resturaunt wS clean but Bojangles idea of food is terrible!

Only Bojangles I've been to that doesn't serve chicken biscuits. Biscuits are still good they just don't carry everything even a smaller Bojangles carries. I personally wouldn't come back.

How many times can you screw up a person's order? 1st I was overcharged, 2nd I was overcharged for the wrong sandwich and last but not least the remade sandwich was made incorrectly as well 🤷♂️ gave up at that point, another customer was ranting about how long his order was taking thought he was going to chew off his own arm, obviously they were not performing well this evening 😆

When somebody orders a grilled chicken they come down look like barbecue chicken Do you think a person's going to be happy about that I see this place as being one of the worst places I've ever been in in my life for chicken that should have been grilled It should have been easy to eat but it's like eating cardboard

NOT A FULL SERVICE BOJANGLES!!! (Think Bojangles express) I waited miles to get here. Only to be disappointed that they only sell tenders and chicken sandwiches. No bone in chicken. And a limited selection of sides. The food was hot. Fresh. A lil overcooked. I tried the peach honey pepper dipping sauce. (Similar to Popeyes sweet heat) It was good. Tried the dirty rice. It was good. I'll pass on eating here again. Next time I'll stop at Flying burger in Caddo Valley !!

First time for me eating here at Bojangles..I asked for no cheese,guess what? Got cheese..Bacon was burnt..but thx to Auston he made it alright..like to commend him for being the nicest and making his customers happy..food was good tho..after it got fixed. Other than that store was clean and fast service.
