That ice cream was delicious. However, we’re not sure why it was so difficult to order something directly off the menu we literally read the item from the billboard and they can’t seem to figure out what we were asking for. It took a minute to communicate with the person at the window and it just shouldn’t be a mystery if it’s on the menu. Also, it said there were three sizes but we were told there’s only two. Didn’t seem like that should be on the menu if it’s true.
Food was average. Seemed to be put together too quickly. The location was not that busy tonight we visited, but the service was slow as the employees were spending more time visiting with their buddies in the parking lot rather than serving customers. With a little supervision, this location would be consistently improved and is one of the few places in the area for hot food.
Never had issue here got the food I ordered and was treated with a smile I live in springhill and drive to this sonic when I can for food you get the food you ordered and if there is a issue they fix it no questions
