Unlike the other reviews, I had a completely fine experience. Customer service was unenthusiastic but not rude, which is honestly the best I'd expect from a fast food place at almost 10PM. Food was normal, came out quick., and was actually labelled which was a first. The exterior of the building smelled overwhelmingly like piss but that's the travel center's fault. (On that note, just avoid the bathrooms there.) The other reviewers either have worse luck than me or need to get more realistic standards for fast food.

Check out all the bad reviews. The TA is pretty bad also. Just go in expecting the worst employees you have ever dealt with. Rude, condescending, lazy people. Try to avoid this truck stop if you can.

They forgot my chips and cheese, and when I went back to get them, the staff seemed mad. When I got back to my truck, I found all my cheese in the bottom of the bag. The lid was off, and it looked like they just threw it in there. I'm never eating here again.
