They forgot my chips and cheese, and when I went back to get them, the staff seemed mad. When I got back to my truck, I found all my cheese in the bottom of the bag. The lid was off, and it looked like they just threw it in there. I'm never eating here again.

Food: It was not that great.. I ordered a dorito shell taco, and they gave me a soft shell that tasted plain and it was sticky too :/
Service: I didn't go in but my dad & brother did. They told me it was the nastiest service ever (in subway next door), but the guy working at Taco Bell was OK, not rude.
Atmosphere: It looked rundown and dangerous. In the middle of nowhere and the lights on the buildings looked dark and so did the windows. We didn't even know if it was open or not (it was, but that is how dark it looked).

0 stars the employees seem like they dont want to work i waited 10 minutes at the counter to place an order while the workers were in the back eating and talking and they completely ignored me place smells bad and have no cleanliness the black lady making the food doesnt know what hygine is the tortilla wiped off her pants and she started making the food i had to cancel my order before paying when i saw that just close this place and let them stay home they dont want to work very disgusting

This place has a young black lady running the cashier when I ordered my food not even a thank you just a completely angry attitude like she completely hates her job.. get rid of this kind of service also why would u pack my hard Shell tacos in the bottom of the bag and smash everything.. waisted 30 bucks never coming back here again.. a thank you goes along way to customer's. What a bad way to serve your customers..

I recently visited Taco Bell, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The employees were very disrespectful, making jokes and playing around with customers’ food, which is completely unacceptable. The kitchen was also dirty, which raises concerns about hygiene and food safety. I expect much better service and cleanliness from any establishment, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to make improvements.

i asked her to make power bowl no chicken , still put a chicken i repeat myself 3 times they are not ready to listen

Another day, another Taco Bell, but this one is pretty sad.
I ordered the Crispy Cantina Chicken taco meal. Came with two Cantina Chicken tacos and a small baggy of Nacho chips and dip.
The nachos were okay. Thin little chips but at least they were crispy and fresh tasting, and the cheese dip nice and hot.
The Tacos were a disgrace. My two tacos came pre broken to the point where one just fell apart in my hand and became a weird taco salad on the wrapper it was in.
The second one I had more luck with. It was a hard shell taco that tasted either stale, or had soaked up enough grease from the cheese they use that somehow it managed to be crispy but soft at the same time.
The ingredients inside, while good, were barely present, the tacos were anemic and barely had anything in them, unacceptable. The only upside was they were edible...I guess.
These "tacos" made me sad. I'm going to have to go do some soul searching, or cry in the rain after this.

Do Not spend your money here. The T/A truck stop is the franchisee and they hike and set their own prices . A Chalupa meal is now $20.21 US dollars. This friggin highway robbery. They are Not located on the west or east coast but in a no name backwoods Prescott Arkansas. Do Not buy anything from this truck stop.
