Would not let me drop my trailer for 30 min while they were closed but “other guys” were able to leave trucks and trailers there and in another occasion would not sell me bones for my dog …guess he’d rather throw them away or I’m not the right color or something….thats ok it’s not Texas BBQ anyway…

It’s a hole in a wall but it is absolutely divine food. The lady working the till is super sweet and the prices are affordable for some really good BBQ. Don’t expect fancy lights and music, but expect to be well fed with delicious food. Parking is free, it’s right off the 40, and it’s open Thursday - Saturday

Wow! This is the best BBQ!! The lady who owns it is so nice too. She makes the food fresh. Y'all, I love Memphis, and they have some great BBQ. But I would pass Memphis, keep going just past West Memphis, and stop at Roadside BBQ just off I-40. I highly recommend it! Currently open Thurs., Fri., Sat.

My oh my. Wowza. Best catfish and coleslaw I’ve had in a long time. Husband got the ribs - fall off the bone tender and seasoned just right. The recipes take you right back to Grandma’s Sunday dinner table. What a place!

The food was AMAZING! We appreciated the outdoor seating because we were traveling with a fur baby. I just wish the fountain drinks would have been working. Canned drinks. Everyone was very nice and friendly though. There is a wait time but there was also a huge order ahead of us they were trying to get out. I definitely will be back. “The little red shack with the grill in the back. “

Decent Memphis BBQ. Didn’t get to try the ribs they were sold out. Chopped beef was good, the spicy sauce wasn’t really spicy more sweet with a black pepper kick. Baked beans were middle of the road and fries were hot and crispy. Definitely a rustic southern charm to the place. Very nice people and staff.

Traveling from Texas to Missouri and this was some of the best BBQ we have ever had - chopped beef sandwich was moist and tender and just the right amount of smoky flavor- coleslaw was perfect - potato salad was excellent and onion rings were hot crispy and delicious! One of the best road trip choices we have made!!

I’m a truck driver and lord let me say this has been the best bbq I’ve ever had. It’s so authentic it feels like you’re eating at your grandmas house. Words can not describe how delicious this food was. Maam in the front is the sweetest lady I’ve met in so long. Will definitely keep coming here every chance I get
